I recently indulged in a moment of excessive indulgence, consuming a substantial quantity of premium chocolate ice cream in a single sitting. The ice cream was exceptionally rich and decadent, featuring an abundance of scoops, chocolate chips, M&Ms, a peanut butter cup, and a Kit-Kat, all crushed and mixed together. It was a fleeting moment of pure bliss, but I must admit with some embarrassment that I single-handedly finished the entire dessert in one sitting, a decision that left me feeling slightly regretful. However, it is undeniable that the allure of Cold Stone is truly irresistible.

Wanted an after dinner treat, so headed to our local Cold Stone. The young man assisting me was brand new. Doesn’t appear he had training or it wasn’t sticking. Couldn’t even start my order (adding ice cream to a bowl). The young lady helping him, was trying her best to instruct him while also help customers. Ice cream tasted delicious, just wasn’t very appealing to look at. Notice cookie not chopped up and they had to put it into a larger cup because it was so messy and add scoops of ice cream to the top to make it large enough. My other issue was that the gift card I was trying to use wouldn’t work, they stated that version always had issues and were sorry?!?Will try this location again, because we like the ice cream and hopefully will have a better experience. Staff was friendly and apologetic.

I order a birthday cake, when I picked it up on the 27th of September, what I ended up with was a cupcake, that costed me $30, I had went over my order several times with the girl, my order was totally screwed up!! Needless to say, I wasn't impressed with this establishment, nor will I ever use this company again
