Went to Cool Hand Lukes with some friends last night. I had the most tender steak ever. The filet mignon was such a treat! Good service, great food and good company. Everything you could want in a night out. If you go be aware that the price on a steak is pretty high.

The food was really great. We had to wait for a while even though there were so many empty tables. We just figured they were short handed. The steak was good and so were the beans they serve with the bread a butter. It had an old west vibe, kind of dark, although I don't want it too bright in a restaurant, it just felt darkish. Staff were great and like I said, maybe stressed on the night we went. We were there for almost two hours. I would give them a chance again, but just not if we are in a hurry. The bar seemed very lively, but we didn't sit in there. They had real potatoes, and the bacon Mac and Cheese was really creamy and delicious, no fake cheese etc.

First celebrating my mom's birthday we just have a large party of 13. We did make a prior reservation just to make sure that they could accommodate us. My aunts and uncle were a few minutes late the waitress was MIA we didn't take their orders curious strawberry lemonade that she never brought in he asked three times but when the bill came the strawberry lemonade was on there. Everyone's dinner came out except for my sisters. When she asked she said that she forgot to submit it. She did remove an item from my sister's bill. My mom ordered prime rib and it looked so gross when it came out. When she asked about it the waitress said that it was the very last piece of the end She called it the scrap piece. My mom quickly said it back and order something different. We felt as if she knew that she was going to get a very good tip because it was automatic that she kind of didn't feel like she needed to come around. Very unfortunate definitely wouldn't recommend for a group or if you're going to celebrate something important. For the amount of money we were paying per meal you should have had better service. We won't be returning.
