We enjoyed the bread and beans, heavy pours from the bar. The filthy women’s bathroom and the cockroach that ran across our booth. Not so much, also too pricey for such awful quality. Do better.

The food was okay. Porterhouse was cooked perfectly. Onion bloom was not, and the dipping sauce tasted as though it had turned. The table was dirty and sticky. Had to wait to be seated in an empty restaurant. The waiter was good. Maybe a little overzealous but better than being a ghost

The customer service was so great I love the energy ☺️ there but the food was not for me My Husband love the Burger. I got the steak it was chewy they had big mushrooms with the steak. I had steak bits they also put the toast on top of the steak bits the bread was wet I also got shrimp it was ok and the potato soup was ok. I even got bacon Mac and cheese that was ok. They gave you a free yest roll with garlic butter that was good ? and they gave you free beans I didn't like that but overall it was ok. no veggies come with the meal you have to pay extra ?.

I ordered on DoorDash, so I can't vote on the atmosphere. But I will say the food was absolutely gross. I couldn't believe it. I was so excited to eat the food. And unfortunately, I did not have a very good experience at all to me. It was just nasty. The steak did not look good. I ordered it medium and it was not medium. It was definitely overcooked. On top of that, the bread was way too hard.I was so excited looking forward to this meal.I just had a baby and this was my very first meal.After having my baby and just not worth it at all.I spent twenty eight dollars ordering this meal through doordash and I just do not recommend I ordered on friday and I have never previously ordered from here before

We have been here about 3 times. Our family likes to have late dinners here, around 8:30/9pm. We order the porterhouse and filet minon and our server (maybe Jason?) Is excellent. He's very prompt, attentive and good natured. He's very kind to our kids, patient and helpful. Food portions are hearty so with our small children and all the rolls, beans and sides, two entrees is plenty and we always leave with to-go boxes. Food is 10/10 and worth the expense to know we are paying for some real, quality food. The service makes everything that much better. 11/10 for service!! Also the atmosphere is clean and rustic. Eating feels quiet and private. Keep it up, Cool Hand Lukes!

We been coming here for years and today was either off or a real disappointment if this is the new style of CHL. The portions have shrunk dramatically yet price is still high. The bathroom had no paper towels toilets didn’t flush. My daughter’s drink had a rubber band in it. It’s a shame that most if not all restaurants have gone the way of giving less and charging more. I’d prefer to eat at home than spend money on less of a meal. Too bad because I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Hope they make changes

We finally got to try this place out. Honestly some of the old reviews scared me, LOL. It's a steakhouse, so it's pricey. But you get FOOD!! We were stuffed from the bread and beans, to salad and side then entrees!!!! The food was great, extra portion of salmon!!! The small piece would have been just fine! Jason was amazing!!! Quick, attentive and upsells. Dessert! Sorry maybe next time!

The food and venue was great! But the sneaky tactic of charging my card 20% - 25% (I can't remember exactly now 4 weeks later) for a tip then handing me a blank slip having a total with this tip to add more tip actually ruin the whole diner. We will never go back.
