I live out of state and work for Domino’s. I was down visiting family in February and our pizza was terrible- we tried again when I was down in March for my niece’s birthday party and it was out-of-this -world delicious. Thank you Daniel for making sure the order was correct and up to Domino’s standards! We had nearly 100 people at the party (12 or so pizzas ordered) and many guests commented how tasty it was. Everyone can have an off night, so impressed with how you all made it right- Job well done team!

Placed an online order today and walked into store to pick it up, still had a few more minutes before it was ready. The store received a call and the male worker there answered the phone, he said “I doubt there was a rats tail on your pizza, but bring the pizza back”. The customer was on their way. I got up and asked for a refund, stating I didn’t want the order after hearing that phone call. The male working gave serious attitude but refunded the pizzas. I asked for a receipt and he said they don’t give receipts for refunds and if I don’t get it in 3-5 business days I’ll have to call cooperate about it. I asked him if he could write something down otherwise I have no proof regarding a refund. He came back with a receipt paper that stated “Refund, Nov 9”.
We go to dominos often since they have gluten free pizza but never again.
