fui a ordenar 2 pasteles y los hicieron como quisieron y no me gustaron y no quisieron reenbolsar mi dinero además iba a llevar pan y el pan estaba lleno de moscas grandes me dió mucho asco definitivamente no es buen lugar no lo recomiendo ni para pasteles ni pan. 👎

I went in today and bought three pumpkin empanadas. When I took a bite of one, I immediately noticed that the dough was raw inside. I went back in to let the cashier know and asked if I could exchange it for something that was actually cooked. She didn’t seem to understand me at first as she only spoke Spanish, so I tried showing her the raw dough. She ended up calling someone (I assume the manager or owner) and handed me the phone. That person told me I couldn’t get a refund or an exchange because the empanada was broken into it which doesn’t make sense, since I only took one bite to discover the problem, and obviously they can’t resell raw or touched food anyway.
The customer service was poor, and instead of taking responsibility for selling raw food, they refused to make it right. I left very disappointed and want others to know how they run their business. At the end of the day I never got my refund/exchange and left with my raw empanadas…

This place has been around forever which is really nice. Stopped in for fresh warm bread. Gi e them a try especially when looking for fresh baked goods.

I called to see if they made a Canoli or something similar for an up coming event. I was really disappointed that the lady answering the phone didn’t speak any English. I was really bummed, guess I'll have to look elsewhere.
Always super nice here, their pan is so delicious! Haven't tried their cakes yet but I'm sure they'd be just as yummy!
