I wanted to leave a review for a waitress at the Ihop in yuba city ca. Her name is Liliana Berumen, she had Excellent customer service skills I literally felt like i was having breakfast at home. I felt welcomed and my family was so happy to receive such prompt service as we were really hungry. liliana was so caring and met all our expectations. As she was going around at the other tables she had such good energy and treated every table With the same enthusiasm and respect. Every food place should have employees like her.

Please avoid this place if you can. The food is extremely bland and the prices are outrageous. The pancakes, eggs, and crepes don't taste like anything. The milkshakes don't even taste like milkshakes. I expected my crepes to come with creme and they were just plain bread with strawberries. While the pancakes were soft, they tasted nothing. This goes for the eggs too.

Went on the Sunday before labor day... we got there right after the computers went down nationwide and it was packed with a line out the door. We got our names on the list, we needed a spot that was wheelchair accessible. With all the chaos of people and writing meal tickets .... our food was delicious and tasted fresh and was hot. Our waiter Lilly was very pleasant, apologized for the wait, was friendly and quick. The whole team did an amazing job under the circumstances and everyone was wearing a smile. Thanks for all the hard work!

Called before I even ordered to ask if they send condiments with their Coffee and the male rep reassured me that they do and NO they did not send any condiments for the coffee nor was the coffee sent. The doordasher said he never recieved it and the restaurant rep said they gave it. Nowhere to go with that. I did not receive any silverware but I did receive two small butters for a stack of pancakes, frenchtoast and large waffle. Salad was brown..good times. Overall eat there to assure you have everything you need. This is one of those restaurants to not order on Doordash.
