I went late at night and the guy working named Josh was being creepy tbh when i drove off he said smile and when he gave back my card he was looking at my gf dead in the eyes and now at me , really weird vibes lowkey made us uncomfortable

Such a disappointment going to fast foods these days and getting less and paying more. We spent almost $20 (19.67) for a sourdough jack meal and an order of mozzarella sticks. The person taking the order seemed distracted and forgot to hand us our drink so we had to go in the store to retrieve it. The mozzarella sticks were completely disgusting and hard as a rock to eat. The curly fries had broken small pieces and so oily. We ask for no bacon and no tomatoes on sourdough and it came with both. For $20 we could have went to a sit down restaurant and ordered something better.

Husband and I ordered food for delivery, he forgot to add sauces, sweet and sour/ hot sauce. We called in to see if the driver had picked up the order yet, they had not, we got to speak with a lovely employee named Sherice and she was so pleasant and awesome to deal with she added extra sauces and asked if we needed anything else, advised we didn't but we thank her kindly. 10/10 Will order from them again! Thanks!

I ordered mine on my mobile app. My order was ready, when I got there. Weird, my garden salad always has grape tomatoes and this one had smashed chopped tomatoes and instead of spring mix it had iceberg lettuce on the side. I guess they were out today. It just didn't look so appealing like usual so I only ate some of it and threw the rest away. But the curly fries were good.

So we were just there 30 minutes ago and I asked my husband asked the guy he wanted a good good sauce and ranch put in the bag. Where’s the good good sauce you never put it in there and our fries are cold. You guys are getting just as bad as these other restaurants around here. I’m not too happy.

The lady forgot one of our drinks and then lied when she said that my drink didn't say no ice (went in the drive through) said she doesn't take the orders but was really nasty and rude about it. Finally got my Dr. Pepper NO ICE after explaining that it was ordered that way and it doesn't matter if she takes the order or not that's the way we ordered it. Then she forgot one of the other drinks all together. We had to remind her that we had in fact ordered 2 root beers and she wanted to argue that it wasn't ordered. She looked at the screen and saw we were right and she just forgot.

The Manager here really cares about customer service. I didn't have to tell him what I wanted, he went out of his way to find out and make sure. I wanted to eat my meal, then order another one to take to my colleague on my way out. I didn't have to explain it because he already knew. He was also charismatic and involved with his team. This place has good leadership.
