I haven't eaten at Jack In The Box in months in my area, because the customer service hasn't been good in this area. Tonight I decided to give them another try I was not impressed at all. I was asked if I could pull around front and wait for my order (which is fine). After I got my order and came home I realized my curly fries were burnt and extra crispy. Completely let down. I remember why I don't go to Jack In The Box in this area anymore.

Food was ok and service usually isn't so bad. I did have a few visits where they were extremely rude and calling me names in the drive through. When confronted he denied saying anything in front of the "alleged" supervisor and walked away. Marysville Jack in the Box is not a place to go to for afterwork food.

I ordered a burger, birria tacos, donut holes, wings and Biscoff shake. While the food, besides the donut holes was hot and seemed fresh, I was given the wrong shake I was in a hurry and didn’t check until I was near home.
The shake was a vanilla shake. I came here only to try the Biscoff shake, bit decided to go all out with the food since there was a 20% coupon. Not sure why, but there were 3 ladies who helped me. They were all very friendly so in attitude their customer service was great, but they handed me the food and initially forgot to give me the shake. Happens a lot with online orders at fast food. Not sure why. Lady says, “Oh, we’ll give you your shake right away” I receive the shake and it was a vanilla shake. No eggnog and no Biscoff bits anywhere on the shake .
Spending $7. 00 and getting the wrong shake. This is NOT acceptable
This and the other Jack in the Box in Yuba City seemed to be poorly ran. Of all the fast food places I visit in Yuba City, Jack in the Box has been the worst as far as cleanliness and getting food wrong. Missing a $3 common item, I don’t mind, but I was really looking forward to this Biscoff shake.

The food wasn't very good 😕. The Jalapeno poppers were ok, but the chicken strips were hard and tasted like they were fried in old oil. You couldn't even smell the food. I'll never have chicken strips and Jalapeno poppers there again.

He definitely made my wait awesome and was holding down the fort during the midnight rush. There were some obnoxious drunkards (it was 3 am - no surprise there) and he handled them awesomely.

Ordered $40 of food on the app... waited in the drive thru just to be told to go park and wait for My food to be brought out (no problem) when we received our food after waiting 30 minutes (thinking our food's gonna be fresh) the fries were cold and stuck together the burgers were cold and the sourdough buns weren't even tosted. We asked for some side sauces and received none. We just moved out here from Sac and this is the worst jack n box we been too.

Today I took my son to grab lunch after school for his Birthday , I had a friendly conversation at the window well getting my food, the lady at the window surprised my son with a chocolate funnel cake for his Birthday! Love the staff here always friendly.

We went to this jack box at 4 am. Food was horrible , dry, stale and hard. I never complain but this isn't right. Throw out the curly fries why serve them when they are horrible?! I plan to call the manager asap.
