The lady forgot one of our drinks and then lied when she said that my drink didn't say no ice (went in the drive through) said she doesn't take the orders but was really nasty and rude about it. Finally got my Dr. Pepper NO ICE after explaining that it was ordered that way and it doesn't matter if she takes the order or not that's the way we ordered it. Then she forgot one of the other drinks all together. We had to remind her that we had in fact ordered 2 root beers and she wanted to argue that it wasn't ordered. She looked at the screen and saw we were right and she just forgot.

The Manager here really cares about customer service. I didn't have to tell him what I wanted, he went out of his way to find out and make sure. I wanted to eat my meal, then order another one to take to my colleague on my way out. I didn't have to explain it because he already knew. He was also charismatic and involved with his team. This place has good leadership.

“I ordered a chicken burger — it was very expensive and tasted like overcooked, old garbage. Don’t eat there. I’ll never stop there again. The oil was old and everything was over-fried. I paid $9 for something completely inedible. The worker was always busy with drive-thru orders and didn’t pay attention to inside customers.”

they left out my whole drink and then all my sauces!? Had a delevery driver and it took a whole hour for the food to be. god bless that delevery driver for waiting that long. when i got my food, it was cold but only the burger was warm. So no drink and no sauces and cold fries😐

I haven't eaten at Jack In The Box in months in my area, because the customer service hasn't been good in this area. Tonight I decided to give them another try I was not impressed at all. I was asked if I could pull around front and wait for my order (which is fine). After I got my order and came home I realized my curly fries were burnt and extra crispy. Completely let down. I remember why I don't go to Jack In The Box in this area anymore.

Food was ok and service usually isn't so bad. I did have a few visits where they were extremely rude and calling me names in the drive through. When confronted he denied saying anything in front of the "alleged" supervisor and walked away. Marysville Jack in the Box is not a place to go to for afterwork food.

I ordered a burger, birria tacos, donut holes, wings and Biscoff shake. While the food, besides the donut holes was hot and seemed fresh, I was given the wrong shake I was in a hurry and didn’t check until I was near home.

The shake was a vanilla shake. I came here only to try the Biscoff shake, bit decided to go all out with the food since there was a 20% coupon. Not sure why, but there were 3 ladies who helped me. They were all very friendly so in attitude their customer service was great, but they handed me the food and initially forgot to give me the shake. Happens a lot with online orders at fast food. Not sure why. Lady says, “Oh, we’ll give you your shake right away” I receive the shake and it was a vanilla shake. No eggnog and no Biscoff bits anywhere on the shake .

Spending $7. 00 and getting the wrong shake. This is NOT acceptable

This and the other Jack in the Box in Yuba City seemed to be poorly ran. Of all the fast food places I visit in Yuba City, Jack in the Box has been the worst as far as cleanliness and getting food wrong. Missing a $3 common item, I don’t mind, but I was really looking forward to this Biscoff shake.

The food wasn't very good 😕. The Jalapeno poppers were ok, but the chicken strips were hard and tasted like they were fried in old oil. You couldn't even smell the food. I'll never have chicken strips and Jalapeno poppers there again.
