Although I greatly appreciate that Jack in the Box is open late as I find in Yuba City, most everything eating establishment closes particularly early especially compared to places being open much later in sacto area. But we went through the drive through to order a late dinner and we're told we would have to wait lat least 15 mins before she could take our order. We ended up waiting 30 mins as there were now a line of cars behind us. Whe we finally got up to pay and get our order the gal wasn't too friendly but as she handed us the food she explained she was and one other person were the only two there & the other person needed his break so she couldn't take orders since the other guy was the cook. So she had to wait till his break ended. So not the greatest experience. Not the employees fault either. They need to hire more people for their night shifts.

Went in last night for a quick bite. The girl at the register was busy talking with a customer. About 30 minutes later, I got my cheese burger. When I bit into the burger, it had a weird chemical taste and it was burnt. I ended up throwing it away.

Placed an order a couple days ago through drive thru. My burger was missing bacon and when I called they told me that I received what I payed for. They charged me for the wrong burger, even though I asked for it by number, and then told me too bad. I've had so many issues with this location that I'm never coming back. What happened to customer service?

Drive-thru experience: correct order, fast service, nice employee, delicious flavor, juicy burger and nuggets. My only complaint is they skimped on the fries which were also dry and stale.
My husband ordered some food for me earlier this evening and there was MOLD in my fries. I didn't realize it until I got a mouth full of MOLD. I'm VERY disappointed and grossed out!
