Was very disappointed with their customer service I didn't get what I ordered and didn't realize till I almost got home and drove all the way back and they gave me half of what I ordered and called them and they insisted I was wrong and were very rude and regardless of having to go back 3 times they left a dissatisfied customer I will never go back to that jack n box again....

Went in the drive thru my total was $11 I go to pay the lady charges me the wrong order $27 on my card I wasn’t offered a discount or anything which is wild I was told the refund would be instant and it’s not still waiting for my $ smh

I dont know if it's due to the grilled chicken patty being thicker but as always certain parts are too chewy feel rubbery like if the chicken patty wasn't cooked all the way. I ordered the sourdough grilled chicken sandwich. Normally never have an issue...

I was very pleasantly surprised by the service here. The guy “Brayin” at the counter offered sauces I didn’t know about — thank you! I highly recommend it: the order was prepared very quickly, and the place is clean inside. Strongly recommend!

Although I greatly appreciate that Jack in the Box is open late as I find in Yuba City, most everything eating establishment closes particularly early especially compared to places being open much later in sacto area. But we went through the drive through to order a late dinner and we're told we would have to wait lat least 15 mins before she could take our order. We ended up waiting 30 mins as there were now a line of cars behind us. Whe we finally got up to pay and get our order the gal wasn't too friendly but as she handed us the food she explained she was and one other person were the only two there & the other person needed his break so she couldn't take orders since the other guy was the cook. So she had to wait till his break ended. So not the greatest experience. Not the employees fault either. They need to hire more people for their night shifts.
