Can't get a hold of them, does someone know their #. I ordered a Caramel Mach with soy milk blended, but I think it's made with regular milk, it doesn't taste like soy milk, I even ask my daughter to try it. How am I able to get an exchange when I can't call them, please help, thank you.

Customer service is bland. I always feel rushed & like I’m a bother. I go solely for the blended coffees, they are my favorite in town. I miss the Java that was next to the hospital in Marysville, that one was the best.

May/24 I was served the worst drink ever from Java detour this morning. The employees were not to enthused. Plain n simple the worst service ever. I have been a Java detour fan for a very long time! But after today Free Time Java even sounds nice. 7/13/24 So, the last 2 days I've been visiting YC and of course I came to Java Detour. However, I have been served the most disappointing nasty Fraps. My favorite Funky Monkey yesterday and that was gross so today I tried a Butterfinger with Real banana. Well the peanut butter is powder and the banana was Torrani. I am so sad. The drink was not even pretty.

Only Java Detour left in this area? Absolutely the best place to get a green tea frappe! Both sides of the booth have service windows, so you aren't sitting and waiting in a single line. All baristas that work there are really nice and upbeat, getting your order taken care of as quick as possible. They also have *happy hour* from 5 - 7pm.
