I visited Jersey Mike's for the first time yesterday. I ordered online to pick up in store. I got there knowing I was a bit early, but even though I had waited nearly 10 minutes before going in, I still had to wait another 10 minutes for my sandwich. No one acknowledged me for the first 2 minutes I was there. Not very friendly service, except for the girl who finally acknowledged me. As for my sandwich...I ordered a chicken bacon ranch. It wasn't good at all. I ate half(a 6" sandwich) and gave the rest to the chickens over by Kohl's. The chicken didn't taste like real chicken. The ranch was the best thing on the sandwich. I probably won't be back. I'll stick with the Sandwich Spot.

Got an og italian. Thick meat stack, looked at it, it was 80% ham. Sorry, it drowned out any other flavor that might have been there. I don't know if that's the way it's supposed to be, I just know the flavor suffered because of it. Decent sandwich size, I got the regular. Shop not clean, not that busy either. Had to clean table. Not that big of a deal. It's just a little red flag for me. Servers were just ok. Seemed like they were tired, not quite zombies yet but close. Maybe the things that stuck out for me were things about this location/crew, I don't know. I should of had the cheese steak. Hopefully, that would have been better. I'm a Togo's fan, their Italian sub is better, in my opinion. Each. To his own I guess.

Just want to preface this by saying I've been to many Jersey Mike's across the Sacramento and surrounding areas and this one is by far the best. I have never had a better experience than I have had received until today. I'm a picky person and like my sandwiches to be perfect. David was helping me the entire time with such joy, friendliness, enthusiasm, and charisma, it literally made my day. His customer service skills are unparalleled and this man deserves a raise. I hope the owner sees this review because he deserves the positive attention and recognition. I wish I could give 6 stars.
Consistently good subs no matter which store I buy from. I do wish they awarded more rewards points per sub purchased.

Jersey Mike’s in Yuba City is the best place for catering a large party. I am with Butte Vista Parent Club and we had a lunch for our teachers and staff to show our appreciation for all that they do for our kids. It was super easy to place the order for this large party and pick up was a breeze. The Butte Vista teachers and staff members raved about how wonderful the sandwiches were, and how it was presented.A big thanks to Cassi the manager for helping BVPC through this process! ⭐️
