half hour drive through wait they ask you to pull around just get a refund

Best chicken ever. Mash potatoes and to die for. And chicken bowls. In fact all of the menu is to die for.

Parking: I have always been able to find a parking place.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love it.

Well ppl first off I normally eat popeye's. But today I saw the t-mobile Tuesday cupon an decided to get KFC and it didn't work i should've known i was in for a treat. So i ordered the 8pc bucket with 2lg sides and bucket drink for the family. So they were busy and they told me it'd be a 25 to 30min wait on chicken and I obliged to wait. 30 min later I was like ok maybe they're super busy....over an hour later I went in and showed my receipt asking wheres my food. I over herd them saying we lost that order and I'll make it rt now 🤔. I was clearly upset about that and having my family wait in the car for so long. They complimented me a large fry and said they're sorry for the inconvenience. Ya...ok I won't be back.

Waited for 30 minutes just for none of our food to be made. They were serving the people who ordered after us and were out of the foods we were waiting on because they gave them to people who ordered after us. Finally got a refund and left with an empty stomach.

Uodate- Well this place has been open well over a year and it isn't any better. Customer service is still not existent. They ignore you. They don't have your food ready and they don't allow you to pick up your food like you're supposed to when you order online. They have it blocked out so you can't access it and the cashier at front ignores you and won't give you your food. It's quite ridiculous. Very sad that this is my only option for KFC in the area. I have tried submitting online reviews requesting the manager give me a phone call and still am being ignored. Try hiring people who care and have owners who think customer service actually means something!

Previous review- Supervisor was rude. Ignored me and when a cook pointed out to her that she had a customer she said she was off the clock.and walked out leaving me standing at the counter alone...thankfully the kid working the drive thru ran over to help me...I know that good help is hard to find but maybe you should keep looking!...food was great however.

Everytime i go to this kfc in yuba city its always missing an item my bad for not checking but they should make sure all our food we order is in bag uggggh frysterated

Terrible inside experience they are prioritizing the drive through making anyone who orders inside to wait between 20-35 minutes for your order then has been a normal for this establish the last three times I’ve came

There were quite a few people there when I arrived, one was getting a refund because of the wait, I stood at the counter, about 5 minutes, not one employee greeted me, not one employee said be right there...nothing. just as I was going to leave, a girl came over. They really need better customer service, hard to believe they make $20 an hour, it's a joke. I won't go back

Veronica and Jasmin were both amazing and friendly especially Veronica, you're lucky to have both of them working for you. In the fast food industry it's very hard to get great service but they are both stunning and amazing.

Ive been there 5 times. 3 visits were problematic. 45 minute drive thru wait was 1st visit. Last two visits including tonight included the drive thru lane being blocked with cones (10pm, hour before closing) Drove thru parking lot and looked in dining roon to see approx 15 people seated in dining rm. One week previous, went through drive thru at 945pm and was told when ordering that they were out of chicken. Really? Went to carls jr instead both times. I wonder how long this location will last?

I really do think they need to get the service for the mobile app they have it fast,like they do for drive through.their were coustmers there waiting for their mobile app orders like for 50 mins or even longer thats just ridiculous.

Loved the food. Took a while to place an order and a looooong time to actually get it. Ordered and ate in. Sloww service mainly due to flock of people waiting but minimal staff working. Counter girl was taking orders and constantly breaking away mis order to help other staff. She would return then, read back before continuing with the running order. Not once, but a couple of times, to each order. Maybe 6/7 in front of me and 5 behind me. Plus, of course, the drive-through. I got the opinion that she was the only girl who was trained, and she was jockying the rest to keep them straight. Slooow!!!!

I just spent 10 minutes in line in your drive through for this establishment.To tell me it was gonna be twenty five minutes for original chicken to be cook. Do better Joe off without an order.Have a nice day
