My bf bought a pizza and was riding home on his bike when a car pulled in front of him going across hwy and he fell and the pizza fell out of the box so he went back in hopes that they would have some kind of understanding and made another pizza considering their prices now and they were soo rude and told him they couldn’t do that, especially being the holidays, you wouldn’t think I’d be a problem that one pizza would make her break them.

Ya. Hot and ready pizzas for $10.25 is so not worth it. And then they want a tip. Little Caesars used to be great when the Hot N Ready pepperoni was 5-6 dollars, but now it's $10.25 that's just not right for what you get.

I love little Caesar’s and been ordering from them for years. However, today at the bridge street location I was rudely serviced by the kid at the register who said his name was rupe. I politely asked for a cheese stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and when I got home I realized I was given a cheese pizza. So I called the store and he said it was my fault and that I have bad communication and refused to help me in any way. Than rudely said to pull up. So I returned to the store asking for the manager and a refund but they refused to refund me or give me the manager’s name or the cashiers name. Now when I asked another employee he told me that the managers name was Aftar and the cashier was aleem not knowing that he told me over the phone his name was rupe knowingly lieing to me. He also refused to give me his name or a refund. I am in disbelief that a well known professional business like this would allow such horrible customer service and thuggish behavior.
