I came in about 9:30pm and waited about 5 minutes at the counter. Since I didn't think I was being noticed I went ahead and ordered on the self-serve computer screen. Lucky for me I was only getting an iced tea, as it came to me about 10 minutes later. In all about a 15-minute ordeal for a small iced tea, which might be excessive, but not nearly as excessive as the couple of people I witnessed waiting for food. Food orders were taking about 20 minutes to put out. This was because there were only two employees working at that time. Those employees were working very hard however the place was quite obviously understaffed. Lastly my iced tea was way more ice than tea and I had to drink it at a dirty table because all the tables were dirty. When I told the guy at the counter that they should be having a for hire sign out front, he said they have plenty of employees but the scheduling was messed up.

Order a sausage egg biscuit meal. Received a chicken biscuit meal. Went back to have it corrected. They said I could keep the chicken biscuit and gave me a new sausage egg biscuit, I thought. I ended up getting a McMuffin sausage. I didn't take it back to have it corrected because I couldn't eat three sandwiches. Someone at the freight line can't read!
