This location is completely thrown off. I come here very often so this is personal for me. From the young kids running it/goofing off on night shift, the useless staff during the day, and constant dirty restaurant. This McDonald's needs some serious help... One manager she's probably 4'7 , but her attitude fills the whole restaurant. I've never seen someone be so rude, dismissive, and condescending to both customers and staff. You ask a question? She snaps. You have an issue? She rolls her eyes like you're the problem. She really acts likes she's running a five-star steakhouse, not like a McDonalds right off the highway, She's not just unprofessional--she's embarrassing the brand... The AM manger is just as bad... she looks and acts as your typical McDonald's manager. Don't even get me started if you come here on a weekend!!

The workers here straight ignore you stood at the front counter for almost 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged by anyone even tho they seen me standing their not one I'll be with you in a minute just looked and gave me that not my job stare. Even tho they weren't busy.

I've never left a review for a McDonald's before... I live close to this location and I'm sorry to say this is the worst store I've ever been to. Literally everytime I come here I'm reminded why I avoid it like the plague. Meals always take a long time, the food is cold, the interior is always filthy. None of the workers seem like they care. After not going there for awhile I recently decided to try again and get a couple sausage burritos. Nope. Burritos were old and cold and they didn't have picante sauce

I got a 5 dollar meal it had a Mc chicken and fries like it should but also supposed to have 4 pc chicken nuggets and they didn’t not give 4 pc chicken nuggets I realized when I got home

Extremely disappointed with my order. I ordered a 6 piece nugget was charged for a 6 piece and only received a 4 piece and didn’t realize until I got home. They told me the sauce was in the bag and there was absolutely no sauce in the bag we had to turn around get go inside and ask for it, thankfully we were still in the parking lot. There was no sauce on my burger it was completely plain. Mind you there was no customers in the building and we were the only ones in the drive through and they were very rude and rushed us out. The care completely careless. Do better!
Pulled around for the drive thru. Waited 30 min with about 10 other people to get our orders. A worker came out several times with wrong orders while more people from the drive thru showed up.

I waited over 15 min for my pick up order. I had to go inside and no one apologized and the manager just walked off. So rude. What’s the point with curb side??? I called twice and it went straight to corporate and they won’t do anything either. Treat customers with respect if you want them to return. Never coming back. There are way better McDonald’s in town.

Preet the manager really on Christmas Eve I know you were closing in 8 mins i was ordering on the drive threw and you don’t know how it is to have kids and I have to make sure I get the order right. And you wouldn’t let me add chicken nuggets to my order so when I went around to order it, you gave the head seat to someone else. That’s when you proved it was personal. I work customer service too when someone walks in 5 mins before closing I still have to greet and attend them. Your very unprofessional if you wanted to be home with your fam you should have requested the day off I sometimes have to work holidays too. But we got to make the best of it, thanks to the lady that took over you didn’t continue her energy. I think her name was Tisha. I’m not going to that side of town for McDonald’s ima stay on the one by Colusa ave.
Kid-friendliness: They are not patient when ordering in the drive through with kids I was taking like 3 mins to get it right and they were closing in 8 mins so she was just mad. It was rude and I wasn’t being even rude it was Christmas we came from margarita from seeing the lights we were jolly
