Been wanting to try this place out for awhile. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of good customer service. Lady at the front literally greeted everyone with a smile but me and my daughter. Also the wait time was annoying that my food was just sitting there in the box open for a good 8-10 minutes before it was handed to me. I will not be returning.

I like their burgers but too many times has the bun been partially soaked. It seriously sucks when it drips onto my arm off the lettuce, also the fries were nothing more than flavorless mush

My meal was terrible. My French fries taste stale. The chicken wrap didn’t have that much chicken in it. My hamburger wasn’t that great either. Customer service is lacking. I don’t recommend this place. I was very disappointed and not happy. For how much they charged you the food quality wasn’t great. The woman wasn’t very nice. She wasn’t very friendly and not welcoming. I rather go to Happy Viking or something else.🤬🤬🤬

Have been wanting to come here for a while. The food was ok I had the wild west burger which was good but my fries were a little cold ,my girlfriend had the crispy chicken sandwich. Not good just a frozen processed nugget. But the sweet potato fries were really good. I think we will try atleast one more time. They have different daily specials.

I had heard wonderful things about Midtown Grill and was excited to try their food while supporting our local small town business. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the attitude of one of the staff members, which ultimately led us to leave without trying the food.
Upon entering, one of the employees walked past me three times without acknowledging my presence. It was only when another employee asked if we had been helped that I mentioned we hadn't. This second employee was much friendlier and offered to clean a table for us. However, before she could start, the rude employee intervened and said something that made the friendly employee stop what she was doing.
Although the friendly employee assured us that someone would be right with us, the damage had already been done. The rude behavior of the first employee left a sour taste, and we decided it was best to leave.
It's a shame because I genuinely wanted to support Midtown Grill, but the poor customer service was a deal-breaker. Sadly, we won't be returning.

Midtown is serving breakfast and the biscuits and gravy is the best I’ve had in a restaurant in years. Full of sausage !!!! Sooo good. 😊 Not crowded because I’m sure most people don’t realize they do breakfast. Great price for breakfast and our server added a special touch with a treat basket at the end of our meal.
