Food is very good. The owner is an unfriendly lady but the rest of the staff is good. We dont go to this place because we can never eat even one serving (one bowl, one "trip", but even if you buy only one bowl, they charge extra to take your leftovers home. No thanks. None of the other Mongo bbq places I have been to do this. Im on Ozempic and Im old, I cant eat much in one sitting!

This is one of my favorite locations to eat. Plenty of options for everyone. Can take a while to determine your ideal mix of ingredients and sauces, but it is a unique approach to restaurant meal design and I love it.
Searching for something to complain about, I would say that if your sauce is too light or too much drips off the edge you end up with a reduced flavor profile due to the addition of water to keep your food from burning.
