This is one of my favorite locations to eat. Plenty of options for everyone. Can take a while to determine your ideal mix of ingredients and sauces, but it is a unique approach to restaurant meal design and I love it.
Searching for something to complain about, I would say that if your sauce is too light or too much drips off the edge you end up with a reduced flavor profile due to the addition of water to keep your food from burning.

This place is one of my new favorite restaurants! I love mongolian bbq and this place checks all the boxes. It was busy for a Wednesday but we were helped and seated right away. Our drinks were kept full and the food was super fresh and delicious. Also the bathrooms were clean and pleasant. Will definitely be coming back!
