This place let me down last night. I usually get Nalu twice a month but I don’t know if I’ll ever return. I ordered through doordash 30 minutes before they closed and to my suprise most of the meat came back cold. I was frustrated as this was my dinner. By the time the food had gotten to me, the restraunt was already closed. I’m truly disheartened as I used to love this place. How could you throw some cold meat that’s not even edible in someones order because it was close to closing time. I work really hard to earn my money. The food and hospitality is great but this was horrible service. A warning to everybody, DO NOT order from them within an hour from close. Go in person and get your food made right. Thanks for reading!
Super satisfied with our choice to try something different tonight, the staff was nice and patient while we checked out the whole menu. Once we decided, it didn't take long at all for our food to come. We got the seafood combo, the teriyaki chicken combo, and two BBQ pork bao. Everything tasted so fresh and clean. Me and my partner cant wait to try more of the menu! Hight suggest trying if you haven't 💚
