This is it. I have tried to be an understandable customer, but it seems like this restaurant keeps falling. Ordering online=missing food, drive thru= long wait+missing food. Dine in, they never have the food you want. Terrible customer service.

Gave me double chow mein instead of half&half and when i went to eat my spring rolls there was only 1 in the baggie xD got a good laugh so im not even mad just check before you leave lol

Who ever the chief is on September 19th, 2024 at 4:30 (16:30), I give you props!!! The food is AMAZING!!!! Chicken, shrimp, and chow mien is cooked just right. Tender, juicy, and wonderful. Only reason I gave them a four star review is because, when trying to call the restaurant, they never answered… I’m a manager in a customer service establishment and we’re required to answer our phone. I press for third ring.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had while at a Panda Express!! I enter in and I’m warmly greeted and think “okay they are nice, but let’s see how things go for the food.” So I order the honey wallnut shrimp, fried rice, and orange chicken with a large drink. One I sat down and had a piece and oh my goodness!! It was caramelized perfectly and the correct temperature! So I then think “okay food and atmosphere are great, but is it clean??” While I was there they had workers go periodically would mop the floor, and clean. Honestly it was super amazing and I can’t wait to come back next time around!!

They closed, leaving 5 cars in drive thru, didn't say a word to the cars waiting for 20 mins!! Is that your idea of good customer service?? Manager should be fired, period. I will never go there again!
