Manager Savannah, Edith and Jasmin and the chefs (didn't catch the guys' names) make this the friendliest fast food restaurant around. Panda Express is generally better than most fast food but it's the service and crew at this location that makes this location stand out. It's all about kindness and positivity with their customers. Outstanding service and hospitality! I ordered my food to be ready at 9:45 AM, and everything went smoothly. When I arrived, the door was sticking a bit, but one of the gentlemen immediately came over to help me in. He was so kind and even apologized for the door issue, which really wasn’t necessary but showed great customer service.
The two ladies working were equally wonderful - all three staff members had friendly smiles and positive attitudes...

I recently placed a catering order with Panda Express for a church potluck, and while the food itself was good (as always), the experience around pick-up left a lot to be desired.
I arrived at the scheduled time, only to find out that my order wasn’t ready — it ended up being 20+minutes late. While I understand things can get busy, there was no communication beforehand to let me know there would be a delay. I could’ve adjusted my timing if I had known.
