I visited the Panera Bread in Yuba City. They also have a drive thru.
Since I was traveling I decided to get a half sandwich which was turkey with bacon and cheese (ordered a cold sandwich). Unfortunately for 9 bucks the sandwich had one piece of turkey with one piece of cheese and 2 little half strips of bacon. Wow...disappointing! The turkey looked like it came out of a lunchmeat package! On the positive their bread was decent. They give you a small baguette or chips or soda with it.
The inside was clean and they had a good selection of pastries and goodies.
If I come back I would stick with the bread bowl with soup.
Btw..I went across the street to Red Robin and got a juicy burger with steak fries for 10 bucks!

It was bad. I think because it was 45 minutes untill closing and they wanted us to take an extra sandwich off their hands instead of what we wanted. The bread was thrown in the bag with the other food completely unwrapped. It was my first time there but I didn't think this was a sanitary way to deliver bread bowls or any bread. Was so looking forward to a great meal as my friend was visiting from out of town. Then we were charged too much. So 👎 I hope it was just the people that were working that night. I wish it didn't happen.
Love Panera bread it’s a really nice place, Quiet with privacy for each table. The food is a little bit pricey, but you can always find a coupon, If you’re a sip member, it’s really worth it. You can go in there and get your drink drinks every day. The girl at the counter is so kind so sweet! Rosemary is really helpful, kind And beautiful with a great personality. But everyone there is Really good at Customer Service!

Went through the drive through in lunch time. Placed order and waited 15-20 mins couldn’t just leave because of being in drive thru. My order was just over $50 or right at $50. Only had $100 and the change. Was told they can’t take it because it’s over $20. So they chose not to serve because I had a 100 and no other way to pay. Terrible won’t be back lost us a customer. Already expensive and hadn’t been there in years didn’t know nothing over $20. Too bad they have to be that way. Would rate them a zero if possible.

You would think with online ordering they wouldn’t be able to mess up your order, but they still do. Just a reminder to always check your order before you leave the store. They gave me the wrong bread for my grilled cheese sandwich and no croutons for my tomato soup.

I went through drive through like I usually do, but this time i’m with my friend for my birthday to pick up a birthday freebie. I go to order and the boy greeting me is so rude and condescending, talking over me and patronizing me over my account and the fact that I was asking about a freebie, acting like i’m stupid for ordering one. I ask for a cinnamon roll, and for him to heat it up and he giggles in the mic and tells me to pull forward. When I get to the front I get my freebie and he asks whose birthday it is while holding their mouths. I say it’s mine and they hand the food over and start all laughing at me as we leave. Completely unacceptable and ruined my birthday experience. I regularly go to panera and if that’s how the employees treat customers now then I may never come again.

I was never someone who went to Panera as I felt their prices were high for what they offered. A few years ago I got an offer for a few months free Sip Club and figured I’d give it a try.
I’ve kept the sip club since. My wife and I both get drinks regularly through the drive thru, majority of staff memorize us and our drink preferences. On occasion we will splurge and order some food items and it still feels very pricey for what we get but the quality is always fresh and delicious.
I’d recommend the sip club to anyone who likes to get drinks regularly as the price is more than fair for the amount of beverages you can get.

This is the third time they have messed up our order and done nothing to compensate us. Not to mention this time all I ordered was one bowl of soup and waited 20 minutes to get it even though it was ordered online. The manager was extremely rude when I called to see what they could do and I was basically told nothing I’ll refund you and could care less if I was a happy customer or not

The staff is polite and the atmosphere is ok. The restrooms are gross most of the time and the food is so expensive for the quality. I used to love it here but not anymore /:

I honestly like the food however I’m going to give them a 2 star since this was the 3rd time that they mess up our order and we need to call them about it. Very inconvenient . I wish management would be more strict on staff doing their job better late at night vs. being so readily happy to give a refund. I’ve been to many Paneras in SoCal and Midwest in the past. This is by far the worst Panera as far as paying attention to the details of your order. I hope something changes for better.
