Under the new management, the wait for a bowl of pho exceeds 30 minutes, and the broth is excessively oily at 1 pm. My experience was unpleasant, and I do not intend to return. The staff appear overwhelmed and unhappy. I didn't take any photos because I was disappointed and I left after eating all the meat.

I used to love this restaurant when the actual Vietnamese cooks would make the food and now the food has just gone downhill, for example when I ate there today the soup and noodles were still good but the meat was so tough and undercooked it was just inedible and was chewing for a good minute before spitting out and almost choking as well. So this restaurant should definitely look into better cooks

The only thing I wanted to mention is to be careful, when you pay with your debit card it won't ask you for your pin but instead if you want to leave a tip. It's confusing if your not paying attention because it pops up similar to what it would look like when you need to enter a pin. (Had my daughter with me so it was hard to focus) So let's say your pin is 9897. Then that's a $98.97 tip. Which is amazing if that's what you're trying to do. Otherwise it's somewhat a pain and I wonder how many people don't realize they are doing it. The cashier was annoyed with me when I brought it up to her. It either happens a lot or she was looking forward to a big tip, not sure but I felt bad regardless. Somewhat a long explanation but hope it helps.Absolutely nothing against the restaurant just human error.

I been here few times since they have a new owner and the food has been taste much better in my opinion. I liked the rice plate and pho it tasted rlly good, the milktea is good too

Staff kicked us out 45 minutes before they were closing, no reason! We were going to order food go and instead the staff yelled at us as we walked through the door to get out. worse restaurant in yuba city california by far

Before new management, I was coming here very often because it was delicious! I recently moved and came back to visit and had to come back but only to my disappointment, it was not the same. I was a bit sad how you weren't able to choose your meats but was still eager to try. Our food took literally 40 minutes and the pho broth tasted a bit watered down. I also ordered a boba milk tea and it was also watered down. The quality of food wasn't horrible but it is not even close to how it was before. The broth wasn't as hot so our noodles were a bit hard. The owner seemed to be trying and was apologetic but I just don't see myself coming back whenever I visit in town. Also nothing against the owner but when I was eating, a guy came into the establishment asking for the original owner I assume, but was demanding to have him come over because he was owed money. Very awkward for the new owner since he has no idea what was going on and the cooks in the back had to explain how the business was sold to a new owner and the other owner is gone and no longer affiliated.

Ordered boba/thai tea drinks from here. Paid for jellies to be added and not a single shred of jelly. All we got was some water down drink with syrup stuck at the bottom. Never coming back.

I usually love the food but, today was a no for me. I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches. On was good the other had 4 small pieces of chicken. I also got the fried egg rolls. They was cold in the middle and burt on the outside. On egg rolls was empty it had a couple of burt noodles.

Waited 45 plus minutes for my Bahn Mi and Egg Roll order with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in front of me. Multiple customers came in after me and WALKED OUT due to NO ONE helping them. Restaurant NEEDS help. If I didn't already pay for my food, I would've walked out. Food is also OVERPRICED. When I finally received my order, the EGG ROLL were MISSING. I told the employee and he totally forgot about them. (Shrugs). I guess it happens sometimes. I decided to open my Bahn Mi and the MEAT inside was ICE COLD. I ordered the grilled beef Bahn Mi. The meat should not be COLD! I will NEVER come back here again!

I will not recommend this business...they are liars!! They say they have squid on the menu but when you order it, they say they never had squid...why have a menu saying squid when they don't have it? False advertising!! Plus the pho is no good...go to Hey hey ice cream for a better and absolutely the best pho in town!!
