My husband had just bought 10 pieces meal n he had a code. Apparently the worker said they don’t take code. Dec 28 2025 at 8 ish at Marysville CA. Just saying why give out code for customers if you’re not taking it. Kinda short but whatever, annoying. The person must be new n not know how to deduct from the register. Maybe that person need more training, it is holiday season and it can get crazy pack. Maybe that person just not fit for the job. Whatever the case may be, dude just do your Job properly. Dude when a customer hand you a code, use it or ask someone else to help. Duh disappointed

This place is literally always closed every time they say that they're open they're not. They literally closed an hour before their website states that they're supposed to close or they never have anything on their menu. I don't understand how they're still in business.

They didn’t have apple cheesecake which I redeemed on app as a reward. I asked to switch to a fry side they said they couldn’t when my reward had an option for fry.

I ordered chicken wraps. They were overcooked, really chewy. Blackened chicken strips, we're uh made in 5 minutes. they put it in their microwave. the box was soggy
45 min wait time this is ridiculous. I ordered on the app so I couldn’t get a refund so I was stuck here
