This is a well established restaurant with outstanding food, it's not cheap, but it is worth the price. The service is very good.

Went for my birthday dinner my friends came from out of town, And sadly very disappointed. Host walked us over to a table and walked away didnt say one word to us after we thanked her. Steaks were way over priced for what they were, very dry and blan. Host was cleaning the table behind us and knocked my purse onto the ground I turned around to pick it up and she saw me picking it up never once said sorry she had a terrible attitude! Long island icetea was the worst I have ever had. Overall we wont be going back, Applebees was a better experience.

Run of the mill steak house. Over priced considering you can get a dry aged porter house steak for the same price at the steak house at hard rock casino. Waiters are polite and fast. Cooks and chefs are light on seasoning and skill. Feels like a diner trying to pass as a steak house.

Never had a bad meal. Bleu cheese bread is a favorite, salads are fresh. Steaks are excellent quality, great specials and variety of dessert offerings. I wish the wine list was kire extensive, however, this place is wonderful.

Wanted to find a place to take my dad out for his birthday, which wasn't too fancy, but had good food and a good selection. This place seem to fit the bill.

We were seated right away, but it was midweek, so not sure what it might be like on busy nights. Our server, Ivy, came to our table right away to get our drink order. Later we had questions about the menu and she was a wealth of information, and obviously knew the menu well. Her service was awesome and very attentive.

My dad ordered the Steak Sandwich. It was fairly large. And it was a real Steak not some chopped up meat. He ordered it plain but you can get various goodies added to it. He ordered the salad with it instead of the fries, so can't comment on the fries. He loved it!

I ordered the Filet Mignon with the garlic mashed potatoes side and brandy cream sauce. I asked for it medium rare. It was cooked to perfection! Which is a huge deal for me. As many restaurants can't get that right. The Steak was super tender, as it should, and that sauce was amazing. I would order that again in a heartbeat! The potatoes were really good too. The veggies that were served with it were alright. I think they could have been seasoned a little better. I think they were steamed, which isn't my favorite way to cook veggies. But that aside, it was a great meal.

For dessert, my dad got the carrot cake. He really liked it. Because it was a large slice, he only ate half and took the rest to go.
I ordered the Molten Chocolate Cake. Which came with a few scoops of ice cream and whip cream. It was a lot, but so good. I ate it all. Ha ha

Why only 4 stars if everything was so good? I have high standards for 5 stars. There was one element that was not ideal. We were sat at a booth, by my request. But the booth we were sat at was at the end of the row. Which meant the spacing between the table and the seat was extremely large. If I were a large person, I can see being seated there. But my dad and I are fairly normal sized people. As it was, I adjusted the table so it was a normal spacing for him. As a result, I had to sit at the edge of the bench and the table was still far away from me. Very awkward way to eat. I would have asked for a different table, but it's not easy for my dad to get up.

Bottom line, I'd be happy to go back. I actually can't wait. There were a number of items on the menu I want to try.

I used to go to the Ranch House all the time and loved the food. Now I only go about once per year and am reminded why I don't go more often. Tonight I ordered the steak tips as medium rare, after quite a wait they came out well done and pretty tough. After everyone was mostly done eating our waitress came out to check and see how the food was. She noticed that I only ate a couple bites and asked if I wanted a box. I let her know that they were very overdone and tough so I didn't eat them and that I didn't want a box. She said how sorry she was for them coming out wrong. A little later our table got our bills and they were on it, and I paid full price for something I didn't eat and didn't take home. Sad reminder on why I only go once a year hoping for better.

Thought we would give this place a try. It was a Saturday night so we had to wait for a table for 35 mins. Which is to be expected the place isn't huge. I ordered a chicken salad for 25 and others in my group got the prime rib for 46 ea. The food took forever. I wanted to order a meal to go but our waitress didn't want to take the order until our food got there but after waiting so long I decided against it. There was another party celebrating an adult birthday I believe but his man was so loud and obviously had too much to drink. You couldn't have your own conversation he was so loud. They finally left towards the end of our meal which made parts of our visit pleasant but it's too bad we had to deal with this guy. Glad we tried the place but probably won't be back.

My son ordered his favorite Caesar salad and said the taste was bad. After my husband tried it and said tasted like thousand island, I told the waitress I think they used the incorrect dressing…she got all indignant with me! Weird when you consider we’re ordering 50 dollar steaks. THE SALAD IS PROPERLY DRESSED! Ok. But food was really good and would have given 5 stars for food but mash was cold. No way I was bringing that up tho!

I hate to give a negative review to a small locally owned restaurant. I have gone here for years, but after the last few times, I will not be returning, at least not for steak. I always loved the atmosphere here, great service and friendly people, the food is just not good.My wife, daughter and myself went last Friday night. Ordered an appetizer of shrimp cocktail, it was served room temperature, not my favorite for a shrimp cocktail, but not terrible. Salad was very good. Then our steaks came out. Two ribeyes and a filet. The steaks were room temperature, not even close to hot. The quality of the steaks were terrible. Many times, we had remove gristle from our mouths and no amount of chewing was going to help. The bill was about $225.00. Completely acceptable for steaks, but at that price they should be served hot, and probably better than select grade. It’s a local restaurant, I would not complain until there was a service charge to pay with a visa.I understand local businesses need to make money and have fees they pay, but this $6.00 was the last straw. If you are going to charge steakhouse prices, serve appropriate temperature food, and stop with the service charges that are not shown. I was ok with paying for the not so great meal, but felt taken advantage of by another fee. If we go back it will be for something they can handle, chicken or a burger. They are less expensive and I’ll pay cash.

I always enjoy the visit. Good service, good atmosphere, and friendly people. Can't go wrong. Bar or restaurant, the food is good (especially if you like meat) and the beers are in variety.
