Im not sure if the person that took my over the phone order was just tired or having a hard day I ordered a large thick crust pizza with white garlic chicken and artichoke on one side and cheese on the other half which is fine however I had to repeat my order to this employee 3 different times I paid. $40.00 when we got it home it was thin crust I could deal with the thin crust but what really burst my bubble was that the sauces were all dried out and my pizza was cold the cheese was hard I couldn't believe. My daughter called them they knew it was not thick crust and offered to remake it but I decided to take my losses and never go to this restaurant again and unfortunately have to give a bad review

I would have given no stars but I had to But I just got a Large King Auther combo an there was glass In it so I called an they told me to come back and then when I did they said that it didn't happen an iam just blown away as to the way they acted like I put the glass In my pizza so I could spend an hour arguing about the glass an they only replaced it with a medium because there was pizza missing because we were eating when we noticed the glass

Personal pizzas come at a reasonable price. The salad was overpriced—even as a menu item covering the salad-bar costs. The rest of the items on the menu are all expensive. Atmosphere is the same as any other Round Table—tolerable and only that. Dining in is no different of an experience from dining out here. There are no chairs outside, so you can't eat your pizza outside unless you order takeout. Not bad, overall. Better than Domino's Pizza in my opinion.

Had pizza delivered you have to use a card they no longer take American cash so if you don't have the money in your bank can't get delivery... I think it's stupid that's why I have to say something

They steal delivery drivers tips just so everybody knows that goes here. The delivery delivery driver only Receives $1 Your tip what type of company does that? They already charge an extra 5% service fee on top of your bill and steal the delivery drivers tips? Wow what an amazing company and the worst part about it is the customer doesn’t even even know that they are giving for delivery which all customers assume that is going to the driver is actually being taken by a multi billion dollar corporation. You guys should be ashamed that you are really taking tips from service people Who are using their own vehicles and gas to deliver your product

I would give zero stars if I could. Placed my order for delivery at 3:14 pm. Was told my delivery time would be by 3:59 pm. I would not have cared if it was 4:15 or 4:30, I understand places get busy and sometimes it's hard to keep up. I called at 4:30 pm to get an update on my order and was told that they would be sending it soon and that they don't have any delivery drivers that start before 4 pm. I called and canceled my order at 5:15 pm and the order showed up at 5:30 pm. I'm an honest person so I let the driver know that I had canceled my order and received a refund. So I did not accept the food. This place is a joke! DON'T TAKE YOUR CUSTOMER'S ORDERS IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER! Why on earth would you tell me my order would be delivered at 3:59 pm if you don't even have any drivers start until 4 pm. You guys seriously screwed this one up!!! $150 pizza order down the drain!!Update from 3/30/2024DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM Round Table Pizza in Yuba City AGAIN!!I spent $186 on my order for this evening and was told I'd have it delivered in 45 minutes. 1 and 1/2 hours later my order showed up and the food was cold! The manager Veronica offered me 6 garlic twists for the inconvenience. What a clown, this place is hot garbage!!

I rarely if ever write reviews but this just made me so mad.I called in a pizza that has bacon on it and 6 twists. When I went to pay I'm informed that 6 twist only come with one ranch and that I would need to pay for additional. The manager said this was new. One cup is not enough for 6 twist and it's always been 2.. that said, I added 4 more and paid for it... I should have asked for how much it would be cost cause she charged $3.48 for four 2oz cups of dressing.I waited for the pizza to be ready and while I waited, I watched the lady in the kitchen grab the entire container of bacon from the make table and walk behind the area where they cut the pizzas, have a conversation with whom I can only guess was the manager and out she comes with my pizza. I open the box to look and sure enough, they added the bacon on top of the pizza. While I know the bacon is precooked, no one should be handing out pizzas with cold bacon on it for a number of reasons... when I called her on it, she said, "what do u want me to do about it?" I asked to have the pizza remade. When that pizza was ready, she showed it to me and said, "sorry u thought ur topping was uncooked,"WHAT? So now I'm the crazy one? My dad owns several Round Tables, I would never complain cause I know what its like to work in that industry after working there for 8yrs... I could make those pizzas in my sleep and know exactly what I saw. She should have let me know what the issue was and given me the option of what I wanted to have done. One option being that they could have cooked the bacon on foil and then put it on the pizza, not tell me I didn't see what I saw.I hope the owner pays attention to how his employees are handling food and as consumers, make sure all ur topping are cooked.

Ordered a wrist band to get some beer and non of the taps were full only about 3 out of 20 were available so we tried one and it was warm and gross we asked for the ID back and the girls behind the counter had a horrible attitude and tried to charge us for the 1 glass of warm beer horrible service trash attitude definitely don’t like their jobs sad to see

Pizza arrived very late and when we called to see if they were going to discount the price for such a late delivery, we were only informed that they were backed up and that the delivery should arrive sometime. The manager, Veronica, refused to discount the price or do anything to make up for the late delivery. I'm not sure if we'll be back here, despite the normally good pizza they offer. It's expensive, so I expect good service to go with it, but we didn't receive that.
