I quite literally told them that I did not want a cookie dough frosty and that I wanted the cookies and cream frosty or whatever it’s called but I got the cookie dough frosty, it’s gross way to sweet and not what I asked for worst sonic I’ve ever been to way better off going someplace else hope they shut down or get workers with ears

11/06/24 10:53PM Our drive-thru cashier/server, Jason, was absolutely great, while the food was fresh, hot, and delicious! Jason was professional, polite, accurate with our order, and even made our wait for our food pleasant because of his good attitude despite the unfair work conditions that we noticed he had to deal with. Hopefully things get better for the workers at this location. Great job, Jason, you're awesome and keep your head up! I hope Jason is recognized for being so good with customers while not having enough help. And the food was so good! Hope to be back here soon!
Waited 45 minutes for 2 small milkshakes and left.. they had no problem serving 8 cars through the drive through but couldn’t serve 3 people waiting at the car hop menu… WILDDDD. your employees SUCK! No one even came out and said there would be a long wait, let alone basically an hour for 2 milkshakes ?? ?. You should be paying me at this point. Amazing you’re in business still, I saw 4 other people drive off before I did because they waited so long. No joke.

I can’t believe they can even be open. The food is absolutely disgusting!
Location is scary with all the homeless walking around (not the restaurants fault, it’s California after all). Food is always delicious, correct, and always fast! Love the $1.99 menu!

Was in the middle of ordering and I was cut off an told a total. I had to hit the button again and finish ordering. Wasn't asked what sauces I'd any I wanted and so I had to AGAIN push the button. Felt rushed and the workers were very rude. Which is sad because it's not a short drive to come to sonic for me.

I went yesterday around 4pm-5pm. I tried the new Sonic triple smasher burger. Who ever was on the grill wow! Those burgers where delicious! Perfectly seasoned perfectly cook just amazing. Haven't had a delicious burger in a very long time. I had to let my siblings know about it and they went and got some burgers. And let me tell you they where flabbergasted on how good they where. Thank you so much!
