I waited about 30 minutes for one coffee

I was floored at my experience tonight.
I arrived a little after 7.
There were two workers, one was doing inventory and another was making drinks for the 3 customers waiting on their orders.
Neither of these workers said hi, smiled, or even looked my way. I sat there for nearly 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The one guy walked in front of me to count inventory twice with no acknowledgment.
Another customer walked up and asked if this is where the line started, I let her know yes but good luck making an order as they havent even acknowledged me. I said this loud enough for them to hear. Still nothing, I sat a few more minutes before my order was taken.
Since when does inventory come before a customer? Since when do you not say hi we will be right with you? Both employees had zero customer service skills.

Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and got I don't know what when she was making it she made the wrong square in the cup and had to empty it out twice and then she added something else in there not sure what it was but there was no crunch on it and no caramel whipped cream was very little it's ridiculous to pay this much for something you're not getting totally unsatisfied

The Barista, Angela has such a good spirit and instantly made my day better! I never write reviews, but when you come from Georgia, you don’t expect to run into people with such “southern hospitality” it makes not being “home” much sweeter. I wish I could have left her a tip, but she graciously declined. If it’s policy not to tip, that really needs to change!

I waited 20 minutes in line for just three people just to get to the register and get told that they do not honor the Starbucks app deals and tried to make me pay 50% on BOGO second drink instead of it being free as per the app. The 3 people they had working constantly kept going to the back leaving only 1 person to occasionally make drinks. Absolutely horrible service.

I had a Carmel macchiato from here that was just 2% milk. It was terrible. But staff is great and it’s in target. Wins at the end of the day. But maybe ask for less milk than normal. Idk…
