Haven’t been to Starbucks in a long time but was given a gift card and went today. Staff were so friendly and pleasant.

I’ve always counted on this Starbucks for a good, quick caffeine fix, but something's been off lately. The usual friendly vibe seems to have faded a bit, and I’ve noticed my orders are taking longer to come out. It’s a shame because this place has been consistently good for so long. I really hope they get back to their old self soon.

Starbucks hwy 99 team are always a breath of fresh air. They are positive, upbeat and welcoming. (Probably due in part to their access to caffeine) 😂 They alway make my day!

I got served by a curly haired lady. Super sweet and super social. Complimented my shirt (which had a cat on it) and also wrote something cute on my cup. Everyone else was friendly too and I got everything within like 2-5 minutes. Everything I ordered was nice and hot-warm too. ♡

I had to wait for my coffee order more that 10 minutes. And then it was made wrong and had to wait again.
The restrooms were just as dirty as they were 2 days age. The counter tops were sticky and the floor was dirty.
As far as the 'kitchen' area, dishes waiting to be cleaned and service was slow.
I understand there was only 3 workers, the manager should have arranged for more workers.
Really do not want to return, but its the Starbucks with good seating.

I'm a regular customer and today when I asked the barist about the bathroom numbers she told me is for a customer only, that makes me feel frustrated. The manger should be training her better.

Went with a friend (She was driving). Ive never been a fan of their coffee, but their breakfast sandwiches and desserts are great. I'd go again for the food.
