I just went through the drive through. The staff member Alex didn't greet me when I pulled up even though he seemed to be doing nothing, just told me the amount uncourteously without looking at me, then handed me my drink and said, how's your day? But clearly didn't listen as he turned around what I said, but my day was going well, how about yours?And then simply said have a nice day. The interaction sounds fine, but in person, it seemed on the verge of rude, very snooty.

went in around 2 pm today n both girls working were super super attentive and sweet!! came in not really knowing what i wanted and they helped me out, my drink was great.

Probably one of the most disgusting Starbucks bathrooms I have EVER been in
No toilet paper, filthy dirty and just gross. Due to this I did not place an order, if the bathroom looks like this, what's the back room look like? Here on a Monday at 1:03pm. Place was not busy.

I am so done with Starbucks. I have been mistreated by the Fair Oaks and Howe location one too many times. You did nothing when they abused a disabled customer there. I told in against SBX Corporation. Get your act together or collapse.
