I use the mobile app in order two caramel ribbon crunches with extra crunch. It was supposed to be ready at 1:26 PM and I’m still sitting here at 1:36 PM waiting for my coffee. What’s the point of ordering ahead when they don’t honor their completion times or pick up times and don’t even start making it until 10 minutes after you arrive. I won’t waste my time or money at this location again it is a complete joke. And when we finally get our drinks, there’s no extra crunch, even though I was charged for it and it’s clearly written on the label, but they didn’t even blend my daughters drink completely. They need to either hire somebody that knows how to do their job or do they need to refund people that don’t get what they pay for. because I was charged $15 for two drinks that were half ass and I had to wait 20 minutes for.
