Refused to help me when they were still open for 12 min. I saw the gal in there and she walked off.waited and waited trying to get her attention and she refused to help us.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Drinks can be inconsistent at this location. One day my coffees amazing, another day the same drink tastes slightly off. Will keep coming 👍

Super upset with how they handled my order. Tried ordering two pup cups and for the first time in history they decide to need purchase to get the pup cups. Tried to order multiple different things however she said they’re out of pretty much everything. She was extremely rude and not once have I ever seen someone be required to place an order in order to get a pup cup. Super disappointed.

They don’t let you use restroom if you don’t buy anything this was new to me @starbucks never had any issues with others

Never coming here again I spend 30 and up I had forgot to order the cake pops and pumpkin loaf and I dont reccomend coming here at 7:30 at night is always a employee with his dam mood I wanted to order the items I forgot and he said no we have the item but i can’t warm them up .I think they don’t want to sell.so I don’t why their open.

Omg where do I start off so we were in line mind u we were really polite we even said goodmorning my husband said hello and she said right away don’t yell super rude and when ordering our food she was giving attitude and yelling at us never going back to that Starbucks again she was working drive thru today in the morning she was wearing a black shirt hair up and dark skin poor comstumer service

Refused to give me ice or ice water ! Saying No ice for “ non paying” customers anymore …no offer to pay for the cup or anything they just don’t give ice anymore which is unfortunate I wouldn’t have minded paying for the cup just to get the ice but to just absolutely decline is so uncalled for!!

We have been into this Starbucks many times and I'm always so impressed with how friendly everyone is. It feels like the employees really care and are happy to be there. Our drinks are always consistent, which we don't always get at other stores. Good job guys.

The last 4 times I've been going.They've been messing up on my drinks.

I went for my Birthday I needed a pick me up it was good. They were helpful I'm really not a coffee drinker I asked what I should get not a lot of sugar but with a kick and they pointed me to the right drink it was on point

I’ve had pretty good experience here so far. The large trees in the drive-thru create a very pleasant atmosphere. The inside is a bit dark however their service tends to be moderate speed. Which is unusual for Starbucks. We come here for pupcups often!
