Came here a year ago and service and food was great. Unfortunately today was the opposite won’t be back. Filled with kids who aren’t eating here which if fine but they were so loud and cursing half the customers who were their left half way through their food because of the boys behavior. And they knew the people working there so I’m guessing that’s why nothing was said. Our pizza was made wrong and all the said was sorry. $90 for 2 pizzas not made correct I’ll pass.

They have open mic nights, Saturdays and I think Thursdays, which is a lot of fun. Some people can sing very well. Pizza isn't the best. Crust is not soft. They now have a cauliflower crust that is good. Salad bar is available now and fresh. Usually, softdrink dispenser only has a few flavors, once only 1 flavor. I think they have a good selection of beer. Bathrooms usually need to be stocked, and the place needs a little cleaning.

Very strange flavored cust that tasted like pillsbury biscuit dough from a can.Expensive, something like $25 for a medium 1 topping pizza.The pizza was much better when I was last at a Strawhat, 22 years ago. Sadly it seems they've lost their way.Good luck. They could easily do better here. I wish I asked for a refund.

Worst pizza we have had. Missed it from our childhood. Manager made it and offered to make again but why. Crust was super flat and cracker like. Tasted like flour. Sauce and toppings very sparse. Even the garlic twists were covered with flour, not even brown and only the sauce part was edible. I've never left such a bad review. Cost the same as round table and why?

Last two orders from here were awful. Hot hat sandwich with no wash on the bread was completely dry and covered in flour. Pizza that said $22 online was $35 and had a really thin crust, once again still covered in flour, and was a combo but had very little toppings. Place has really gone downhill. Won’t be going for a third.
Great place,good service, the guys have great personalities, very helpful and cheerful employees, food was perfect, coulda used some sunflower seeds for my salad but other than that is was great

Beware. We called to inform the store, that we had found a small piece of metal/blade in our pizza . Immediately the store went on defense, making it clear that they don’t use any metal utensils, and that the blade “must have fallen from my chandelier” at home onto and then into the inside of the pizza slice… we weren’t calling to ask for anything and only wanted to make the store aware and allow them to be on the lookout for anything else. We somehow were treated like we were making it up, some how responsible, or trying to pull something over on them. When asked if I could get a contact email to send a photo for reference, I was told to get it in for Google. So since I am here, I might as well leave a review. This is reflective of only this 1 Order out of dozens we’ve previously placed thru the same store.
