The parking lot is kind of tight but there is plenty of parking and handicapped parking. The facility was very clean and I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. The lady that helped me even asked how my day was going which I thought was very nice. I find customer service is a number one reason to come back to a restaurant along with the food. Tried to order online. They were having a special buy one foot long and get one free. I tried to order online and couldn't get it to work. Told them at the counter, but they wouldn't honor it. I paid anyway because I have a problem using all online. Got extra meat on our sandwich and still not enough meat. I should have gone to JJs, better bread.

The girls here that helped me seemed like they were nice. But they do not really pay attention to what they are doing. If your not monitoring your order, as I found out with my experience half way through... You will end up with items you didn't order. They never asked me what size 6 inch or foot long. They never asked me how many subs either. I was expecting to pay less than 25$ initially. Which would of been a sub, drink, and a cookie. But ended up with double the order....
