Very nice store I like the kiosk you can order your food and get it without ever even have to talk to a person that's nice it's faster to go inside than it is to go through the drive-thru

I went thru drive thru as I really don't ever eat Taco Bell food I feel it's like junk food maybe it use to taste ok but tonight I realize why I don't go there I ordered nacho belle grande absolutely awful chips taste old an stale horrible barely anything on them taco belle is for someone else not me I use to eat the bell grande an they were tasty dont know if it's the place or if it's just Taco Bell I won't go back

Ordered online for pickup. Arrived 10 minutes after ordering and had to wait another 10 minutes. Watched as 2 cars went through the drive thru and then I was the only customer in the dining area. Then observed as only 1 person was making my meal, the other 4 people were idling, 2 were just standing around while the other two were replenishing stock. I wish that they read these reviews and fix what is wrong with this picture. I'll keep coming back rarely but will keep reviewing based on observation.

I spent 45 minutes in the drive up line on Sunday evening. I watched Uber come and go several times while I sat in my truck in line , for yes 45 minutes. Is this fast food? The Crew was obviously overwhelmed. Not good for the brand! Come on people you can manage your staff much better.
Hire more employees or stop mobile delivery cuz ppl want to do dine in got to wait 20 mins to get food

I ordered the Cantina bowl. I had already tried it in Rocklin and really liked it. The proportions here were nothing like the one in Rocklin. When I got the bowl home there was hardly any chicken to be found in the bowl but lots of rice and beans. The proportions were completely off. It is supposed to be a chicken bowl so it is not unreasonable to expect a decent amount of chicken. The two stars are for the lovely server Vincente.

The 5 stars honestly ALL go to him alone, he was so friendly as soon as we opened the door he welcomed us, helped us with our order, recommended stuff we ended up buying, he was so patient and accommodating. He also apologized for his rude coworkers and took care of us when we had the issues I'll explain below. Carlos, you are a gem and deserve a promotion at a better establishment. I hope you are appreciated at your job.
PROS: fresh food, packaged well, delicious, and clean place.
CONS: TERRIBLE accuracy and customer service FROM THE FOOD HANDLERS. They are rude and get orders wrong all the time. This time they conveniently forgot the most expensive item we ordered. I definitely wanted my missing item because it was the only item I was gonna eat and it was expensive. The food handlers were so rude and said they did not forget it but I told them to look at my food because it was clearly missing, but they didn't look and just begrudgingly gave me my missing item. I give them credit for preparing the food fresh and well but their customer service and accuracy was TERRIBLE. If it wasn't for Carlos, I don't think they would've fixed the issue so thank you, Carlos, YOU get all 5 stars!
