I ordered two crispy tacos with asada. The tacos were filling and just had the right amount of crisp and cheese. Two of the ladies came by at different times to check up on us, and I thought that was really thoughtful of them. This is our go-to mexican spot in the area.

Went to this place and ordered queso birria tacos for myself and my niece .i found 2 long hairs in my taco and in my nieces plate the cilantro starting moving and there was small green bug crawling in the cilantro..We asked for our money back and we will not be going there again..

I stopped in here on my way passing through YC (my childhood hometown!) and thought I've give this place a try. I ordered regular nachos with no sour cream and extra guacamole and they were delicious! They have a self-serve chip and salsa bar that was nice and self serve soda machine. The young man at the counter was super friendly and nice and another man who was sweeping the floor and tidying up was very friendly... My only complaint would be, the bathroom could use more frequent cleanings as it was pretty gross. But, I'd still go back again... not a deal breaker.

Busy but super efficient. Staff was fast. Food came out quick. Super clean (there's a man just walking around wiping tables). The shrimp quesadilla was top notch. Everything was full of flavor. Spanish music playing in the background. Parking is a bit tough when it's busy, but doable. This is authentic as it gets here. This was our first time here and won't be our last.

Los charros was one of our top go to places when we lived in California. Food is always good and their chip bar was always stocked. I already miss their burritos.

I order a Super Burrito it sure did have flavor and was very tasty. The reason why i am giving this place 4 stars is because I made my order over the phone for pick up and I clearly ask for no beans and the burrito was full of beans.

The carne asada tasted old and burnt. It was tiny little pieces that looked old and as if they'd been reheated. The cheese wasn't fully melted on the nachos also. I wouldn't go again.

The food at Los Charros Taqueria is excellent.! And well worth the drive from Nevada City to enjoy this fine Mexican cuisine. It has a salsa bar with several different sauces available to suit your taste. I had the tacos Al Pastor and tacos de lengua and they were excellent! I ordered a Dos Equis beer with my meal and it was served with a frosty cold glass. This is an order at the counter and they deliver it to your table type establishment. They have an extensive Mexican menu and the ambience is that of a fast food restaurant without the fast food restaurant feel if you know what I mean. The service at the counter was fast, friendly and accurate. The food was delivered very quickly, and I am quite pleased. I highly recommend this establishment, and I will be visiting again in the near future.
Yeah, this is a great joint! I'm here every time I'm in town. They just have great Mexican food done right. No matter what I've ordered here it was cooked and served to perfection. A few times I just ordered what the person before or next to me ordered and it is always great.

Solid Mexican fare in Yuba City on the main drag. We enjoyed the Ceviche Tostadas which were fresh and extra limey over crisp flat tortillas and very reasonably priced! Counter service with delivery to the table. Everyone was very friendly and food came out quickly. Carnitas tacos were good, with a nice spicy salsa, cilantro & onions over double tortillas. Loved the beans that came with it. There's a nice Salsa Bar with some unique choices, like nopalitos and spicy cucumbers! Chips were a weak point in my opinion which were a bit bland. Very casual atmosphere with picnic tables in back and ample seating in the dining room. It's a little rough around the edges but with quality prices and great prices it's a really great value!

Loved the food! Since moving here from the Bay Area, I haven't found a Mexican restaurant I like until now! My carne asada super wet burrito was delicious. Highly recommend. They also have a salsa bar with lots of options and you can refill your chips as often as you want.
