Second time we’ve had issues with this restaurant. Good food but somethings always missing or wrong. This time they forgot to put cheese on nachos. And when i went out of my way to go to them (with the cheese-less nachos), all they did was give me cheese in a container for my already soggy nachos. If you go, just eat there, no point inconvenience urself going back. I’m not the type for confrontation but it shouldn’t be the customers responsibility for telling them to just have remade them at that point.

I ordered sopes de carnitas and tacos de birria. This place is quick, polite and has a great cook with amazing ingredients. Despite my sopes having no crunch, (my fault for not asking) the meal was awesome. Red salsa is actually spicy and I loved it. Will be returning.

I ordered over the phone, I got the meaty fries. I asked for guacamole, extra cheese and extra cilantro, they did not tell me there was additional charges for each, I expected them but not as much as they charged. It was $1.50 for the cheese, $1.50 for the guac, and $1.00 for the cilantro for almost $17. I picked up and all I could see was NACHO cheese, which is cheap and from a can. I saw nothing peaking through so I knew they ripped me off on the meat since they could hide the amount under the cheap cheese. I asked for a refund and it took about 10 minutes for someone to call the manager and get assistance for processing the refund. I let the “new girl” know additional pricing should be explained while ordering and that the way they were pricing was excessive, she did not acknowledge me and was very rude when I was apologetic and felt bad about the whole situation but it felt like they were truly ripping me off at that point.Update: I ordered the exact same thing at los charros and they give REAL cheese, and it was less than $13.
