Rolled in today and tried the Happy Bowl—chicken, beef, and shrimp—and the dude behind the counter was seriously hyped. Told me it was his favorite, and honestly? He was right. The flavor was on point and the portion size was wild for just $9. Definitely got my money’s worth.
Presentation was clean, stacked, and looked way better than I expected. Everything tasted fresh and the teriyaki sauce tied it all together perfectly.
The only reason it’s not a 5-star is the vibe when you first walk in—it looks a little run-down. Like, not sketchy, just dated. That said, once you sit down, you notice it's actually pretty clean and the staff is super friendly.
What really surprised me, though, was how empty it was. No idea why—this place deserves more traffic based on the food alone. Definitely a hidden gem. I’ll be back.

Standard Teriyaki place. It is good but not incredible. It is consistently good so you can always know what to expect. I enjoy it from time to time when I feel like eating some Chicken Teriyaki. A good option here in Yuba City!!

Vulgar music playing. I had my grandchildren with me and didn't appreciate having to explain why this type of music was being played in a so called 'family' restaurant.
Food-OK. Nothing special. Cleanliness-Puddle of water(?) or cola walking in the door. Made for slick floor and tracking a mess across to the booths. And sticky shoes leaving to the car.

Would not recommend. As soon as you walk in you can notice the place is not well kept the floors were dirty same with the tables but we still ordered wantinf somwthing new. Ordering was okay the ladies working were nice and straight to the point after ordering we filled our drinks that was a disappointment they tasted really bad and when we asked for them to change it they walked away we took our seats and noticed the people at another table with nasty looks because they said the tea smelled like eggs. The people also did nothing about this. Along with this the food was very bland and some of the other food we got tasted rotten although there were good portions I would NOT RECOMMEND AGAIN.
The food here is ok for the price, except the prices just increased. Even so, the food is ok. Teriyaki chicken is just grilled chicken with sauce on the side over rice... simple, effective, and nothing great.Service on the other hand is great.
