Tried going back only because of a promo sandwich offer. Prices still decent given how much everything else has changed. New chicken club was dry and flavorless even with lots of ingredients on it. Burger was fine and tempura green beans always strong. Placed order online but they didn't offer curbside delivery and they didn't let me collect it at the drive through. Had to go wait inside and order was significantly later than the ready time the app said when it would be finished. Had similar show prep on online orders at Woodland CA location.

Most of the staff is accommodating and provides extra ranch with orders. I highly recommend getting a side of fries and onion rings to share with someone with your choice of burgers and drinks, given the portions are big. Doesn’t feel like “fast food.”

I gotta ask, does anyone else but me like hot fries with their meal? this place is notorious for giving me luke warm to cold fries. the last time, when they remade fries, they way over salted them and I was already done with my burger... so no fries with these burgers so disappointed

My very first Yelp review. Tried this burger place for the first & last time! Ordered from the kiosk, it told me they would text my cell when order was ready. 20min later, after I noticed a couple getting their food when they came in after me, so I went up to counter. There on a shelf was my burger and fries! Not under a heat lamp either! The girl there literally walked away after she handed a customer some sauce right next to me. I called to her and she came back with an attitude! Asked her if that was my order, she didn't answer me, just turned around, grabbed the burger and fries and dropped it on the counter in front of me! I put my hand over the food and it was COLD! Called her over and asked how long my order had been sitting there and that I received no text. She didn't answer, just walked over to a terminal and pushed something on the screen. I got my text as she walked back to me and mumbled it hasn't been there long. I politely said the food is cold. She frowned at me a rudely said we will make it again. I started to walk back to my table and then told myself, no, stand up for yourself, this is not okay to be treated like this. Went back, stood in line at the register and the other girl literally walked away when I was next. Called to her, and she gave me a nasty little look and called to the other girl who came almost stomping over and I asked for my money back. I was polite and patient as I was told that it would take 5 to 7 business days to return my money!! This place will never get my business and I will proudly tell others through this platform and others as well as in person that this place sucks!!!!
