Friendly staff and clean, but the sandwich was lacking....the bread was dry and kinda stale and just fell apart. Togo's has been a favorite, but after today I'm not sure we'll go back.Very disappointing ?

The crew were so welcoming and friendly, got the French dip and as usual it's amazing especially that Chipotle mayo. The place was pretty clean as I walked in and left. Keep up the good work.

Always helpful, always polite knowledgeable staff that provides excellent customer service. If you like a hearty sandwich, do yourself a favor and try my favorite; #16, The Italian, hot and melty with some pepper jack cheese and chipotle mayo to spice things up a little. Then grab some ice cream from Baskin-Robbins to cool down (inside same building).

Staff were exceptional on a hot busy afternoon. It is the Swiss Army knife of sandwich shops and ice cream. Those folks work so damn hard and have so many options to cover.

I loved Togo's for years when they were only available in San Jose and then also when they opened in Yuba city I was thrilled. It pains me to say though that this location is the worst and it is not just a one time occurrence, it's _every time. If you read these reviews it's always the same complaints bread (old, dry, often moldy tasting even if not dried out) , long wait time, bad employee and manager attitudes, orders wrong, shorting of ingredients, and the response they always give here.. They will speak to their team but continues to be awful. I have thrown too many expensive sandwiches away from _this location. I go to other locations and get good sandwiches. Sadly these people don't care to change anything really and risk taking down the whole company due to their consistent _lack of quality and good experience to their customers. I myself almost stopped going to #Togo's entirely but decided to give them another chance but elsewhere, as I had given this site time, after time, after time... and found that it is _just here that is soooo bad time after time after time, not Togo's everywhere. Togo's needs to get someone else to run this particular part of the franchise. It's giving them a bad reputation and they never change.

Went today for the first time in a while. The taste is still good but was a bit disappointed in how the amount of meat on the sandwiches has dwindled making the sandwiches mostly bread. Used to be chocked with meat but I guess everyone is cutting back on expenses.

The sandwich was prepared well but the bread was dry. The sourdough, not so bad. The dutch crunch is simply terrible. The crust has a surprising sweet taste and every bite had this sawdust of crumbs that fell EVERYWHERE. I do not recommend this dutch crunch experience. The staff are attentive and friendly. I can't speak to the atmosphere but I am disappointed in Togo's online ordering. You can't request extra veggies and the order wasn't ready when I arrived because the site didn't alert staff. So there's definitely some kinks to iron out there.

This establishment has a Roach issue. I always enjoy it hear but may be looking elsewhere. Seeing roaches run up the wall is unacceptable for me as I'm in the business of handling these issues. They may want to look elsewhere from their current service. Manager said their current service has been there weekly.. ‍

Togo's is a great sandwich shop. The bread has more chew, and the ingredients come in decent amounts. Beats the popular competition by a mile. I'm currently on an Italian binge, I love them, lol. My wife likes the chicken club. I look forward to my next visit.
