I am absolutely appalled by my experience with Velly Pizza and would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs. I recently ordered delivery from them which was marked as cancelled due to their online ordering system. When I got in store, I paid again for the same order- food was decent and no complaints there.

The problem, however, was the 70$+ charge I got 2 days later that was not cancelled like their computer system stated- but rather charged again by this store. When confronted, the store stated that my order was placed for the wrong date- and that they made my pizza the next day- and attempted to call me.

The manager attempted to convince me that the mistake was mine- when I have an email stating that my order date and time were in fact correct, not to mention the order was marked as cancelled. It seems like they are intentionally scamming customers and hoping no one notices.

I would be cautious with this place in terms of giving them your credit card or trusting anything they say. Horrible business practices, lying from the organization, and fraudulent charges are an excellent way to start a new business. Especially sad considering much of the Punjabi population may not be competent enough with computers and credit cards- who knows how much they've gotten away with this already.

And If they keep the prices low like they are, then they will definitely have lots of more customers including myself

Delicious pizza and excellent customer service! The staff is friendly and attentive, making for a great experience. The menu goes beyond traditional pizzas and they offer a vast menu. Went with the suggested veggie paneer pizza and the amount of toppings did not disappoint. Highly recommend! Cant wait to return and try other options.

Guy was nice who helped me. They had the ufc fight on their tv so I thought that was cool. The pizza itself was pretty bad. I got pepperoni, half pep and pineapple. I asked for extra red sauce. The sauce didn’t add much to the flavor which was a huge let down. Not much toppings (2-3 pineapples pieces per Slice) and the flavor was average at best. Multiple slices were missing cheese. That last part was a huge surprise. One slice had a little herb seasoning which added a little joy but got me thinking if they even meant to do that. Sorry Vel, You got work to do.
