The employees there never gave me the right order. My dad and I ordered 2 boxes of 15 wings and only got one box. I checked my receipt and said that we only got one box of wings even though I told the employee to give me 2 of the 15 wings. We also told them to give me the boneless wings but the employee gave be wings (with bones).We won’t be coming back.

The food was absolutely beyond salty.....we ordered for 6 people and nothing was labeled....how did they expect us to know what is what (except the obvious BBQ) we ordered Hawaiian, Mexican street spice, dry ranch and others...no idea...tried trying them...took guesses Please label orders and do better...prices are outrageous, so you can at least treat the food the way you price it.

How are the fries going to look burnt and be soggy. The wings were alright at best. I'd highly recommend any other wing joint rather than this one. I doordashed so can't speak to the service or atmosphere. But I'll say I regret my order.

The wings are small!
The BBQ wings were drowning in bbq sauce.
The French fries were very dark implying the oil was old and smelled old.
The corn was over cooked and rubbery. Not tasty at all.
The area under the soda dispenser was dirty and had standing water in a drain. Very visible to the public.
Their sign states Idaho grown potatoes however the 14 boxes of potatoes labeled locally grown and packed n Chicago, Illinois.. hum
The best wings in the area are in Wheatland at PrimeTime Pizza

The wings with bones were juicy and the bbq sauce had a lot of flavor. $26.96 for 20 wings with tax. The wings at round table was $35/20 pieces.
Have ordered from this location 4 times in the past 1 1/2 months. We have requested that the fries are well done but they are always soggy. The dry rub bone out wings are bland. The ones with sauce have been good. The last order, the bone out wings were soooo small. Not sure if we’ll continue to order from them.

Great wings. Small place and no trash cans if you dine in.
This place is a joke. They are never consistent. I love the wings but some times there is hardly any sauce on them. Other days they give me the wrong sauce that I asked for and in order to get it right, I have to drive all the way back to the store for them to correct it. I asked for Hawaiin wings, get home and its BBQ so I go back to get it corrected and when I get back into my car before leaving the store I thought "I should check because I'd be pissed if I get home and its still not right". We'll, sure enough, they gave me BBQ AGAIN. Went back in and they finally gave me the correct sauce. An online order that's supposed to be easier turned into an hour and a half trip.

Thr food is great the team members work hard and try to help. The problem is their managers don't help. They don't try and help fix any problem like the broke soda machine. About 5 costumers waiting on the broke soda machine and no manager help. Bad experience on 1/5/2025 hopefully Wingstop helps get their managers on par with the rest of the team members.
