What a disappointment!!! Both on the quality of the food and customer service from the young lady at the drive-thru window. If there was an option for 1/2 star, I would have used it!. I questioned my order and her response was very rude. The asada fries had no flavor and were loaded with a nasty guac (dark green from sitting out too long). I had to remind the young lady that common curtesy was free to use. I will never EVER return.

I use to come here all the time when I was pregnant and it was amazing but the last year it has gone downhill. This is the third time they messed up my order but I usually don't mind that much because we all make mistakes. But, today made me change my mind and I'll be going to Rosie's from now on. The man was rude when I was trying to order. "What do you want?" ... I just wanted a chili Reno burrito and bean and rice on the side for my son. I get to the window and pay. He gives me a bag with the chili Reno burrito and I asked where the sides were. I guess they put it in the burrito instead. I said but they were for my son. I didn't want them in the burrito. He literally just said... "well... sorry" with an attitude and walked away. He didn't ask if I would like the sides. Or maybe remake my chili Reno burrito. Nothing. I'm so disappointed.

I love that they are open 24 hours and the drive up is convenient. I normally order breakfast burritos when I go. The burritos come with potatoes but I like them better without potatoes. They make them to my special order. I wish they served coffee tho. Hint! Hint!

Whoever the girl is taking orders on 6/3/2022 at 11am is rude. Just wanted to grab some food really quick and go about my day. I attempted to order got half way through before she said she didn't get it. Then I couldn't hear her through their crappy speaker and she kept saying GO HEAD! when I asked for a small fry, she rudely said they only have one size. I didn't mind. What I wasn't cool with was her talking crap before turning the speaker off. I backed out and left. I know nothing will be done about this. Is what it is.

The food was good. The service was HORRIBLE. There was a gal doing the drive through with a horrible attitude. I truly couldn't believe it. I have so much patience with people in the customer service field because I get how stressful it can be at times, I did it for 6 years. But she began with an attitude since the ordering part. Cutting us off while we were ordering and rolling her eyes while we were at the window. That was my first time trying that place and I will not go back because of that service.

WARNING PLEASE READ WARNING PLEASE READ My girlfriend and I normally go to Aibetos pretty often as it's right down the street. She is a hardcore vegetarian and we always order a veggie burrito and she always says it's great. However, this time when she took a bite it was loaded with carne asada. We drove back and I told the cashier about the burrito and he demanded I give the burrito back. As a veteran of the food service industry myself I know firsthand that especially in a pandemic you are not supposed to touch the food once it's in the customers hands. I refused and he said he won't give me the veggie burrito unless I give him the eaten burrito. When I told him since he didn't even apologize for the huge mistake I was keeping the burrito as his apology (and I hate their carne asada but it's the principle of the thing). When he returned he handed me the burrito and he said "Don't ever come back. You're lucky I don't knock you out right now" No apology, just threats and a waste of time. If you have any respect don't go here. There are plenty of other places that have better cheaper food.

The quality of the food here is good, the only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because my mom went through the drive thru today and the person working the drive thru (Rosa) was very rude and unprofessional. Long story short when my mom was ordering, Rosa got an attitude due to the size of the order, I'm assuming, and said "are you deaf? I said I already got that". Honestly nobody wants to order from a place where they talk to you this way. Like I said the food here is good and I have never had an issue with any of the other drive thru personnel but after today I'm very disappointed with this place.

I've had nothing but good customer service and tasty food at this location. I usually only order for myself & maybe grandkids sometimes, but it's always been pleasant & positive. I love to spend my money where I live & with hometown family businesses.

When I went in I ordered the 3 taquitos combo and two tacos.. The lady at the counter was super friendly. I ordered the food to go and it was good.. Thank You..
I love their tacos but the girl that works there needs to change her attitude. Just for asking for some salsa she gives you an attitude. Girl, if you don't like your job quit. This was my first time ordering and I even told her. Hope they get someone else ASAP.

Wish we could give negative stars. So we pull up to the drive thru, being that we are in a work truck we accidentally passed the order spot. So what did the lovely lady do....nothing not a dam thing we pulled up to the window because there was a car behind us in the drive thru. So we waited and waiting some more. She did not look up once to even acknowledge that we were there. No biggie we were hungry so we decided to get down and eat there. We walked in and to our "surprise" this lovely cashier just stood there looking down as to not make eye contact...because if she doesn't acknowledge us maybe we will go away...nope we had to play the waiting game it ok we were both marines so we have played the hurry up and wait game plenty. She half a** takes our order and my boss asked the lady if they had bathrooms to which she replied with an attitude as if we were wasting her time they are in the back but I don't know if they are locked. So what do we do then??? Can we get a key? No you can go outside and check. So already we are having a fantastic time at this fine establishment. We finish up and I wanted some more drink so I stood at the counter for about 4 minutes before she finally acknowledged the fact that I was there...I asked can I get a refill to which she answered no we are not doing refills at this time...understandable...I ask can I pay for a refill??? To which she very rudely replied we are not doing refills shaking her body with the worst attitude and customer service I've ever seen. So then I can't buy a refill then what are my options??? I say so if I wanted to buy a drink I can't? Well if you want to...mind you I had my wallet out i wasn't looking for a hand out just wanted some pinche orchata...yeah pass this place up unless you like rude a** I don't wanna be here attitude from there employees. This place blows and so do there rude a** employees.

Had the Chile verde burrito was really good flavor everything on point will come again my wife mentioned two different occasions were a huge letdown on her shredded beef tacos maybe those can get looked at anyway I'm satisfied with my order. Don't understand the bad service complaints I order I pay check order at window as long as it's correct I'm good.

Friendly staff but the food has much to be desired of. If you're a fan of salt then this is your goldmine. Everything is drenched with it. Also having been here a few times I've noticed the food is not consistent each time with the quantity they serve. Lay off the salt and I'll be back
