Very first time we tried B&C and Carlos was helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is basic but clean. The food is good, but the portion sizes are too small. The burrito was one-third the size we usually get elsewhere and only pay a few dollars more. This seems to be the standard at the restaurants in Yucaipa, which is why we usually eat in nearby cities. I can't understand these local restaurants charge high prices and serve shrunken food portions. But customers are...
