The computer taking the order has to go!!! Since the employees can't hear the order being taken they cannot start the food until the computer tells them what to make, and when I was there it took the computer 3 minutes AFTER we pulled up to the second window to finally spit out our order. The computer not only got half the order wrong, but it slowed the entire process down by at least 5 minutes.I've been coming to this location since it opened, and never had a less that...

The slowest drove through always and not very pleasant employees. I usually avoid Carls because of this. Over 20 minutes to get chicken stars for my daughter. Ridiculous! Especially since only one car was ahead of us. Empty drive though and way too long to wait with a drive through you can’t get out
