This is one of my favorite coffee shops! It is such a breath of fresh air in a world inundated with Starbucks and other franchise coffee shops. I have been coming here for quite awhile and am always treated with a friendly smile. Their Sunrise Sandwich or Wakey Eggs and Bakey are excellent. I also love to Chuggachino with collagen.

I waited a few days to write this since I was pretty upset. Came for my friends birthday lunch the other day at 12:30 and had a worked come to the door and lock it in our faces and stated “we’re closed” with no sorry or explanation. I really loved this place up until this point and just feel upset that that is how the chose to handle this. My friend knocked on the door to get an explanation as it was his birthday lunch pick, and they never acknowledged him. So disappointed in a place we loved going and would always tell everyone about. Of course they can close for any reason but a sorry or short explanation would have went a long way.

This place is a hidden gem in Yucaipa. I ordered a 16 Oz Iced Klatch Chai w/ Oatmilk for $6.46. My drink was a little too sweet so I added some water to dilute it. Service is friendly, fast, and efficient. They have specialty drinks with mushroom and Lion’s Mane which I’m curious to try next time. Plenty of seats were available on a Sunday around 12pm. Ambiance gives the vibe of a great place to relax. They have comfy chairs in the back. Seems like a good place to get socialize, study, or get work done. Definitely recommend this place.

Typically me and my wife love coming here but the service has been poor here as of late, we were the only customers in here and ordered our food 30 minutes prior. When we were wondering what was taking so long we went up to go ask what was the issue with the food the cashier made eye contact with us and ran to the back and when we looked into the back all the workers were on their phones. The food here is excellent but not excellent enough for the price and the poor service. The workers had no urgency or care to prioritize their customers. Update: we finally got our food and it was cold. Very disappointed with how we were treated. :Responding to the reply to my review… it seems you’re more concerned with the 1 star review than the service we were given. When I sent my review it was in my car outside your business Sunday June 1st 2025, I ordered our food at 11:25 and got my food at 12. Our food was a sunrise bagel and berry toast very simple orders. Regardless we aren’t trying to hurt this business and we’re big advocates for boosting smaller businesses and this one is one we have shared amongst friends, social medias, etc… I left a one star review because that’s the type of service that was provided to us, my sandwich was cold when I had ate it. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time we had to wait a long time but previous times we threw it up as busy or just a slow day but today was unacceptable.

Great restaurant to go with your puppies and enjoy a meal with them. This pace is dog friendly. They also have an store full of supplies for pugs, toys, clothes and many more. I really enjoy the great food and the smoothies they have.

I had their BLAT as well as a dirty chai. This will be coffee shop that I can recommend with no reservations. The service, food and ambiance are worth a return trip. If you are a pug fan they have gifts galore!

Literally never answer there phone , call multiple time even , and then I walk in and there is no one there. Why even have a phone?

The owner is rude. Walked in and said hello, she then proceeds to ask me to leave because they are closed and to come back in 3 minutes when they are open. But the doors were open and their advertising sign is right outside there door?! Lesson learned, will be going to Dutch Bros or Starbucks for my chai tea latte
We had a great time at Chai Coffee Co. Daisy enjoyed her own little mug of water and shared some whipped cream from my blueberry waffle. A little boy named Milo admired Daisy from his highchair and returned her High 5. Love that this place is here! We’ll be back!

Place completely decorated for dog lovers. Photos, paintings, memories and even in the bathroom! You can have coffees, fresh drinks and tea of different flavors. The bagels are very good!

We LOVE Chai!! Our favorite drink is the Mandala Chai, but I also love trying their seasonal drinks - like the Bees Knees. Everyone at Chai is so friendly, and it definitely has the hometown Yucaipa feel. It's the perfect go-to spot for a quick drink to go or a nice place to sit down to catch up with friends. It's very kid friendly and obviously pet friendly ?Wish we had food pictures... more to come, I guess!
