It was 9:10pm restaurant closes at 10pm no salad out or meat everyone is cleaning as if they have clothes already. I asked for sales he pulled it out a fridge and it was full of russet spotting and looked bad.I asked if they had better salad and he pulled a different batch out. The chicken I asked for was also brought from somewhere else and it was cold. The customer behind me made a comment that it’s always dirty and messy I. The food area.I never have this issue at the Redlands location.

Found hair in my chicken bowl not once but twice !!! Pretty gross !

I wrote a bad review about this chipotle awhile back and deleted it cause I wanted to give another chance. This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The employees are rude, the service is slow. They constantly run out of things. I notice the the current ratting is 3.1. That rating is a lot lower than when I first thought about reviewing this location, maybe whoever runs this spot should start taking notice.

Good luck getting what you want if you go anytime after 6. They do not close at 10. The grill is off and cleaned, around 8.

The workers were talking to some person that came in didn’t attend to the customers and took super long on the line since they were talking and not helping the one guy working on making the food. Food was good tho.

I had the most amazing experience with Yazmine, the General Manager at Chipotle. I accidentally left my wallet behind, and Yazmine went above and beyond to ensure it was returned to me safely. She personally reached out and took the time to return it herself, demonstrating incredible honesty, kindness, and professionalism.

In a world where acts of integrity can sometimes feel rare, Yazmine truly stands out as someone who genuinely cares about her customers and goes the extra mile. Her actions reminded me that there are still wonderful, trustworthy people in the world.

Whyyyyyy is there a drive thru if you can’t order at the window!!!!! Stupid complaint but just frustrating cause I waited to be told I couldn’t order there please put out a sign I didn’t have time to go inside.

Went for lunch today around 1pm. Were is your manager poor girl behind counter was doing everything. The other 4 males were just standing there not helping her at all. Cheese, romaine, salsa, most meats, guacamole all had maybe one serving left. No help to refill . Guys just clueless... instead of helping just standing there... just staying on their (station) ! She had to tell guy next to her to start burrito when she was busy... training definitely lacking!
