Not sure why the reviews are so bad here. Maybe there was a change in the kitchen? This was the best chipotle I’ve had in a long time. Just leaving a review so I can reference the location in the future. Salad was fresh, salsa was fresh, veggies were perfectly stewed, meat was tender with a solid marinade.

Went there recently and was given a burrito of rice and beans with a spoonful of meat, I wasn't expecting anything extra, just what I paid for, and I didn't even get that..

Everything is perfect but MUSIC IS HORRIBLE!!!!

Came on a Sunday Morning, the staff were super friendly and my food was delicious Thank You Yucaipa Chipotle.

The food was good as usual. They were out of both chicken and steak. The guy making the bowls was super nice but must have been new. Once our food was done, we stood at the register for 8-10 minutes waiting for someone to charge us for the food. Numerous people walked by but none of them acknowledged that we were there waiting.
All the priority was focused on the drive through.
Looking at their other reviews, I see why they have a low 3 star overall rating.
Bummer.

Chicken flavor/taste is inconsistent, sometimes its too salty.
Whoever is training employees on grilling the meats needs to teach them on consistency when it comes to grilling seasoning that meat.
Also the man handling to-go orders with dark hair and a beard always seems to have a bad attitude. Not the best employee to have working the drive through.

I recently was visiting and Anthony showed a professional value of team member service. Sergio here was friendly and professional as well.
