Drove in and asked the unfriendly attending if they had milk and he just stared me down for what seemed like an eternity and without reply... until he just shook his head no. Why is this place even in business with horrible customer service!?!?!?

I'm a senior citizen up here in Yucaipa CA and lately the dairy has been closed and picking its days when they open and it's really a hardship on us seniors getting what we need especially when you're disabled. So I hope somebody from the city of Yucaipa is actually reviews this page and actually get something accomplished to where that we don't have to be put out of our way and be a inconvenience for us seniors.

The person who worked before gave good service, the one who is here today is very unfriendly, he doesn't take care of you if he doesn't want to and most of the time he's closed, horrible service

Drove by today (Monday) about 1 pm, closed up, maybe out of business which woudn't surprise me..

This has got to be the worst drive-thru ever. Four separate occasions I sat for 3 to 5 minutes and no one came out to help me I had to get out of my car and go look for the gentleman. I always have to wait even though he sees me sitting there. Very rude very unprofessional I'll never go back again.

I was very excited to have a drive thru since I had kids asleep in car from a long drive and needed milk. NO MILK- I asked the employee•when would they have milk•do you sell milk if so,•when does milk get delivered- his only response to these questions was I Don't Know.On another note - the layout to this drive thru is Not effective for employee Nor customer.It was disappointing. I do hope customer service improves and must get paid better.

I drove in and no one was there. Then a man emerged from the store and then I asked him what the price of something was? With an unpleasant scowl on his face he told me. His demeanor was very unfriendly and shouldn't be in this business. I drove out with no purchase. I'll never go back to this store.
I frequently drive through for milk. Variety of items. Reasonably priced. Friendly and fast service. So glad they are a part of our beautiful community. ❤

Who is the owner. Please contact me. The new guy and lady are horrible. The lady is not friendly at all and the guy stays on his phone talking. Nothing is ever in stock anymore and he doesn't understand anything we ask for nor does it seem like he cares. He says no and just gets back on the phone talking. We use to love this place

It's a drive- thru dairy. It works out that I can stay in my car and pick up a couple of sodas, milk, eggs, butter without even having to get out of my car. Really conveinant!
