If you are out working and need to use the restroom they will not let you unless you pretty much pay to use it by buying something from them. I won't go here for that Kind of service

Best part about this DQ is they have a drive thru. Don’t even need to get out of your car for any deals or anything. We get mailers from them a lot saying come get a free cone with a purchase of a cone so we go for that.

This is the best DQ around. Staff is always friendly. They never take a long time with our orders and they are always accurate. The food is so tasty! Such a yummy treat! And they have an app so you can earn points! Inside is nice. You can see the ice cream cakes. They look so delicious! I've never had one, but I'd like to try. I will keep coming back.

i have gone to this location many times and the managers seema and patrick treat there workers like dogs. the managers are rude to customers, rude to their employees and one of the managers brandon is also racist. i overheard brandon talk to one of the hispanic employees and tell her she’s not allowed to speak spanish. dairy queen needs new management because it’s nothing but teens running the store and the management is no where to be found!!!!!! there is also cockroaches here i found one in my royal oreo blizzard and the managers did not give me a refund

I ordered the heath cupfection and they put so much heath in it, it was gross. There was barely any actual ice cream and half of the cup was filled with just chocolate sauce and caramel.

I love Dairy Queen! This location is great, the staff is friendly and it's always very quick. Sometimes the drive thru can get dicey because of the location but everything I've ever had here had been delicious.

So apparently, the staff gets to decide to lock the doors two full hours early whenever they want, regardless of what is printed on the window. Says lobby open til 9. Closed at 7.
I understand it was a long night we waited in line for at least an hour and our blizzards were melting when we got them and they wouldn't use my coupon unless it had a barcode.

Today is free ice cream day and they decide not to participate. How sad drove my kids all the way over here only to have to pay for ice cream. Yes they had reduced prices but this location has always participated. Will gladly take my business elsewhere. The only good thing was the staff was friendly and understanding. Two stars because the staff were awesome.

Thursday March 16 2023 3:30pm The workers COMPLETELY ignored the long line of people inside the store. Many gave up and left.The male employee (white, with a light brown afro) ONLY took orders and served food to the drive thru. He moved VERY slowly. In the 20 mins I waited inside, he only served two cars. The female employee (white, bleached blonde) served one elderly woman in front of me in 20 mins. The elderly woman said she was charged double for her order, and the female worker denied it. Maybe the worker is pocketing the difference? Then I was first in line, finally, but the female started texting on her cellphone, then disappeared into the back. I stood there 5 more mins then she came out, and asked me what I was waiting for. I responded, "To Order?" She didn't understand. I repeated. She looked at me blankly. I had to repeat my order (choc shake) three times. Hard of Hearing? No English? To the owner - are you sure you want to leave these amateurs in charge of your store?

This place has awful service and the store is disgusting, walked in and there was no employees present in the front. Drive thru line is always long and takes forever. Store has cross contamination written all over it. I’ve been to this location several times and it’s ran by teenagers who never wear gloves when making your food. They never have a manager present, and the store overall is dirty, windows are dirty, floors are dirty, and they will serve you blizzards with ice cream dripping off the side or crumbs on the bottom of the cup.
