Placed an order online at 10:14. When my son got there the doors were locked. Sign on door said 10 am. An employee inside heard him knocking but ignored him. Called the store and spoke with the manager Kristen at 10:28 who sounded like she could care less. I stated that my order had breakfast items and they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. She told me that my order has been ready. When I asked if my order was cold then she changed her story to they just finished making the order and that they were at the window picking up the order now. My mom and son got my order from Kristen at 10:38 which is weird since the order was ready. Then Kristen tried handing my mom a complimentary coffee my mom stated that no one drinks coffee and was told that nothing else was ready and basically forced my mom to take the coffee. Absolutely the worst customer service especially coming from a manager. This is not the first time I've had issues with this location when it comes to service. My children love Del Taco and the food is good but not worth it because of the service.

I ordered food from here and the food was it was cold. A fiesta pack to be exact I ended up getting food poisoning from it and it's been two weeks and I haven't gotten any better 6 hours after I ate the food I felt really sick I wouldn't recommend this location.

This place is the worst, and their staff is horrible. If you don't like your job, then go work somewhere else or don't work at all. The portions of the food here are not worth what we pay for. Never going back here again! ???

I will explain..
I was at this location on September 7, 2024 around 8:30 p.m.. I recently helped evacuate my family out of the fire burn areas and they come to stay with me as I live close by. They were all hungry so we went to Del taco and ordered over $50 worth of food. Most of the order was incorrect, stale tortillas, or extremely over salted.. When we were at the window to pick up the food, the young male working at the window was really rude as if we were putting him out and ruining his evening. when we got home to start eating the food and realize the problems that we had, we tried to reach out to the store with no luck other than leaving a message on voicemail. No response from management from that message. I tried to reach out to the store again today still not able to make contact. It’s a shame, as you treat a local like this, brought family to your store.

The food is usually good but 2 of the 3 times I've eaten there I got stale taco shells. The staff that works the counter was mostly disinterested in attending the desk. The drive-thru worker was super polite and fast. So, just use the drive-thru and eat a stale taco on occasion.
Parking: It's kind of a free for all cause the lines are not visible but enough size that you shouldn't have an issue.

Del Taco. Always there. Always, most the time, good eats. I like the number 8-an Epic Cali bacon burrito meal although this time it was a little dry still okay for the size of the food. Fast and friendly service this team has it together!
