Our experience with our local Dominos has been excellent from Day One! Pizza always comes promptly, even when the drivers have to hunt around our complex to find our apartment. Tonight there was a mixup with my order. I called the store and they put in a fresh pizza for me right away. Sam was our delivery driver both times and, since I wasn't waiting at the door, he even left an apology note for the order getting messed up. Thank you to all the Domino's in Yucaipa's staff for their hard work and dedication to great customer service!

I had an awful experience with a delivery from Emma. She shoved the pizza at me and was visibly upset and I was confused why and asked what her problem was and she stated I l left no tip. I hadn’t left a tip online because I prefer cash so no one is taxed as I tip all of the other delivery people at dominos with cash. I had cash ready in hand but her rude attitude made me feel uncomfortable. If she had been polite and professional, I would have happily tipped her. It’s a shame because I always tip delivery drivers, but her poor attitude ruined the experience. The manager needs to be more cautious with hiring teens who have absolutely no customer service.

I’m a regular customer and have always had great service and pizzas but tonight was off! I ordered cinnamon twist with frosting, did not receive frosting. I ordered a thin crust chicken barbecue that came with no chicken. Very disappointed with my order tonight.

I've been going to this location for years and the staff is always super friendly and professional. I've noticed that recently the person in charge of putting garlic on the pizza crust is super intentional and I never have the issue of garlic not being on the crust like I have at other locations. I really appreciate the attention to detail and it elevates the food and experience. 10/10

YUCAIPA dominoes is the best Domino’s experience I ever had. I’ve been around to several in my lifetime. They were so patient with me. They helped me use the app for my first time ordering and they were extremely helpful and impatient they didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was stupid for needing help not to mention they were helpful by recommending very special specials and most important pizza was delicious. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time.

Ordered two pizza's. Mine was supposed to be made with Alfredo sauce and very light on the onions. Instead it was made with marinara sauce and heavy on the onions! Horrible!

Went to this store on a Sunday at 3 in the afternoon and they would not take a $50 for a 60 plus dollar order and said it is their policy and they don’t have that kind of change. The change would have been less than 30 bucks so don’t understand why that amount of change is an issue and according to the sign on the door that the employee referenced regarding the 20s is for late night carry out it was 3pm on a Sunday.
