Friendly staff and great selections
I have my go-to drink, my comfort iced Kicker, which is my favorite across the western states. But the thing that makes DB superior is the customer service. They make me FEEL like a person. They make me FEEL like they care. They smile. They go off-script. They might even break into song. The employees are having a good time at work and THAT translates to my day.
