The brothers were not working, so I was pretty disappointed. Also, none of the employees spoke dutch so I felt mislead. The drinks were 10/10 though.

I’ve been in the drive-through for over 20 minutes with little to no movement. For a seven dollar coffee! And I can’t get out of the drive-through even if I wanted… It seems like this location is getting slower and slower. Don’t run through if you’re needing to be anywhere on time.

Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I understand the store is small, but they need to figure out a new process if people are waiting 45+ minutes for drinks.
I went there last night around 6:30 PM I didn't get my order until after 7 PM. We waited in the drive through line for about 40 minutes, for two drinks! I would have just chose to leave but the divider wouldn't allow and I wasn't driving. I am not going to Dutch Bros for awhile especially this location I have never experienced this type of service at Dutch before. Driving off I didn't even get to enjoy my coffee.

I had a pickup order for 1:14 its not 1:45 why would I even order ahead if you won't try and get it to me by the time they take forever on customers I gave this place one more chance but im never coming to this location ever matter of fact like I wanna file a complaint on this store like clearly they cant move people along this is ridiculous I ordered ahead I should've been done but instead im waiting almost 30 minutes and there gonna say we try are best no you didnt clearly ordering ahead dosent matter
